Social workers are specialists with a certain professional knowledge and skills in social work,direct provision of social services,is building a socialist harmonious society,an important force for strengthening and innovation of social management indispensable.Shenzhen Special Economic Zone 37 years,has made remarkable brilliant achievements,along with economic and social development,but also earlier met various contradictions and problems,through the strengthening of social work qualified personnel,and promote the development of social work,to prevention and resolution of social problems.Social work jobs not directly create value,compared with other professions in the civil service rewards,and other positions of authority does not have any advantage.Meanwhile,the social work started late,career prospects are not clear,and the need to pay a lot of energy and time social worker,who is engaged in a huge challenge.Occupation is important variables that affect the value of social work embedded,this paper argues professional values can be divided into intrinsic value and extrinsic value,social workers work for the enterprise,either as extrinsic value,such as remuneration,powers,promotion,status,etc.,or for the intrinsic value such as interest,learning,caring and so on.At the same time,innovation introduced the concept of small class family exchange used that relationship between social workers and the organization is different from the principle of fair reciprocity instrumental exchange,the performance of the other party in order to meet the demand for the main thrust of emotional attachment,reflect the relationship between the state and the social integration of the cross-organization.Finally,we believe,is to work to prevent social embedding leave the work force of a comprehensive,social work,the higher the degree of embedding,the less voluntary turnover behavior,you can effectively stabilize employment of social workers and social work organizations.By proving the above assumption,this paper attempts to explore ways to improve social work embedded and further put forward four suggestions: pay attention to the pursuit of personal values of social workers interviewed,increase social participation in decision-making task,giving more social "eight hours outside" feelings of concern and support,unite as one to create a social atmosphere in the team.This paper aims to explore the practical research and explore ways to improve the social work embedded for domestic strengthen social construction provide a useful reference,thus promoting social work in Shenzhen to continue moving forward.
