| The world is in the new wave of digital economy,driven by big data,artificial intelligence and the Internet of things.New technology is rapidly infiltrating into the industry and field with the "Internet plus" mode,reshaping the business form,changing the social system and changing the way of life.The continuous speed-up innovation in the economic field needs to adapt to and lead the talent structure of the new economy as the support.As the main position of talent training,the targeted training and social supply of new talents become the education bottleneck that needs to be solved urgently.In 2015,the State Council issued the "opinions on deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities" and "measures for the management of national college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training plan",and decided to implement the National College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training plan.It emphasizes that colleges and universities should attach great importance to the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship,and strengthen the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship by holding the National College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship competition,running the national vocational college skills competition and supporting the holding of all kinds of special competitions such as scientific and technological innovation,creative design and entrepreneurship plan;And innovative talent training paradigm,the innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training.The China International "Internet plus" innovation and entrepreneurship competition,led by the Ministry of education,is guided by the idea of promoting learning through competition,promoting teaching through competition and promoting competition with competition.It encourages students to keep pace with the times,conform to national and regional development strategies,exercise their abilities in the practice of double innovation,understand the national conditions and conditions in practice,practice innovation driven development and expand employment.Nowadays,college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship competition has become an important means for colleges and universities to carry out employment and innovation and entrepreneurship education,promote teaching quality reform,and realize the combination of teaching,learning,research and production.Higher vocational students’ knowledge base,innovation and entrepreneurship are relatively insufficient,but they also have the characteristics of loyalty and steadiness.Based on the characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students in Guangxi,this paper studies their distribution and performance in various innovation and entrepreneurship competitions,and analyzes the crux of innovation and Entrepreneurship of Higher Vocational College Students under the new economic situation.Further combining with the school planning and development deployment,this paper puts forward the "four in one" innovation and entrepreneurship education mode,carries out the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in higher vocational colleges,promotes the talent training and social supply in innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges,and has important practical significance for the grass-roots construction of social structure such as the transformation of mass industry and the change of lifestyle.This paper selects five typical Vocational Colleges in Guangxi,and collects and analyzes the relevant data of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship competition.First of all,this paper collected and analyzed the competition situation of Higher Vocational College Students’ innovation and Entrepreneurship from two aspects:(1)at the national / Guangxi overall level,through the annual competition situation briefing,this paper analyzed the situation of national college students’ participation in innovation and entrepreneurship competition and the basic situation of Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges as a whole;(2)At the typical level of Guangxi,based on the analysis of the overall basic situation of Higher Vocational Colleges in China and Guangxi,five typical higher vocational colleges are selected to investigate the basic situation of their college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship competition.Secondly,specific information is collected from the two levels of students and teachers:(1)questionnaire survey is used to investigate the students of the five typical higher vocational schools to understand their willingness,ability,project organization and problems of participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition;(2)By using the method of interview,this paper investigates the teachers of the five typical vocational schools to understand the willingness and difficulties of teachers to guide students to participate in the competition.Thirdly,it analyzes the relevant factors that affect the participation and competition intention of higher vocational teachers and students in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition.Through the key information extraction and inductive analysis of questionnaires and interviews,it is concluded that there are three main reasons for the problems of teachers and students participating in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition in Higher Vocational Colleges: school level,teachers’ own level and students’ own level.Therefore,it is proposed to reform from four aspects of school,teachers,students and social forces,and build a "four in one" innovation and entrepreneurship education mode with students as the center and close contact with school,teachers and social enterprises.The "four in one" education mode is interrelated and performs its own duties:(1)students are the center,students strive to improve their internal quality,build their own innovation and entrepreneurship ability platform,actively cooperate with the school’s innovation and entrepreneurship education,and can feed back schools,teachers and social enterprises after obtaining the results;(2)The school is responsible for improving all kinds of guarantee mechanisms,building innovation and entrepreneurship teaching system platform,and ensuring the smooth implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.When students complete innovation and entrepreneurship education and research,they will cooperate and win-win;(3)Teachers strive to improve their knowledge,provide knowledge and technical support for school students,and win-win cooperation after students complete innovation and entrepreneurship education and research;(4)Social enterprises provide technical and financial support for students,harvest Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship achievements and rich human and technical resources of the school.Fourth,after completing the construction of the "four in one" innovation and entrepreneurship education mode,the paper puts forward the implementation measures of the mode: mainly from the school level,the teacher level,the student level,and the social enterprise level,puts forward the relevant promotion suggestions,and finally forms a multi-party linkage mechanism with schools,teachers,social enterprises,and students,And then form a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education system.Finally,taking Guangxi Jr University as an example,this paper traces the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform measures of the University in the three years from 2018 to 2020,as well as the improvement scheme of promoting students to participate in the innovation and entrepreneurship competition and the breakthrough in the school’s performance,so as to demonstrate the rationality and practicality of the implementation strategy proposed in this paper. |
