Reflection is an effective way to teachers' professional development,through reflection,teachers can not only realize the growth of the skills,still can obtain the creation of knowledge,to realize the innovation,the accumulation and application of practical knowledge.In order to promote the professional development of the teachers' team,many excellent teachers will reflect on the teaching practice and teaching research.But in the real teaching some teachers who know only reflection and the methods and even some teachers don't understand what is reflection,it is blocking some of the teachers' professional development,I do not know to reflect,not reflection,teaching work will stagnate,no progress.Based on the teaching reflection as the basis,using questionnaires and classroom observation,from the consciousness of teaching reflection and teaching reflection time,method of teaching reflection,teaching content and the main factors influencing the teaching reflection reflection allelic perspective,reflections on excellent junior middle school mathematics teachers' teaching behavior for comparative analysis.The findings are as follows:1.For the concept of "teaching reflection",some teachers of the survey,some teachers know,some teachers don't understand,data spread,unstable;It is also clear that excellent teachers have a stable state of understanding and reflection on teaching.2.For the average teacher and the excellent teacher with reflective consciousness,all three kinds of reflection will be interspersed with reflection in the course of class,reflection in class,and reflection in the class.3.There is a marked difference between excellent teachers and ordinary teachers in the content of teaching reflection,while the content of reflection is the essence of mathematics in the teaching and reflection of ordinary teachers.And excellent teacher reflection is the student's mathematical thinking ability have improved,the mathematical ability of students have developed,but also with the students for this education idea;4.Excellent teachers and teachers in ordinary have obvious differences in the procedure of teaching reflection,ordinary teachers are self-reflection,and good teachers tend to be more self reflection and communication combined.On the basis of analyzing the results,some Suggestions for teachers and schools are put forward:1.Set up a teaching concept that is based on students;2.Try a variety of reflections;3.Cultivate skepticism;4.Learn more teaching cases and write reflective notes;5.The school gives the teacher the opportunity to reflect,to create a good atmosphere for the teacher.
