The process of Exploring nature and interpreting human beings has given birth to many civilizations, which can be inherited, disseminated and developed due to the importance of a i irrep laceable profession -- teachers. As a pearl of human civilization, most people need the guidance of teachers in mathematics to smoothly grasp mathematical knowledge even if there a re fixed carrier spread, such as books.This paper studies the teaching of mathematics teachers reflect on the activities o f awareness, and inspected the five dimensions: the problem, flexibility, strategy, crea tivity, criticality. Data analysis mainly concentrated in the five dimensions of the vari ous study projects, as well as five dimensions and the titles of teachers, teaching years, education, school-level nature of the relationship between such variables.The research findings show:1 Results of the scoring at two levels: flexibility, and the issue belong to highdim ensions; strategy criticality and originality belong to a low-scoring dimension.2 There are weak correlation between sex and the problem that is male teachers scored slightly higher than female teachers.3 High title teachers get low scores.4 There are positive correlation between the length of Jiao ling and the problem, The teachers who teach longer get higher scores because they can better capture and enhance issues timely.5 In the 0.05 standard, there are positive correlation between jiaoling and the flex ibility of awareness. The teachers who teach longer give more flexibility to respond to the problem of teaching, more flexibility to use their own teaching experience and mo re flexibility to deal with the teaching issues.6 Teachers with higher academic qualifications have more awareness of the issue, more time to strengthen their own problems, and further thought to do good preparati ons. |
