Classroom regulation refers to the process of teaching,teachers use certain strategies and means to regulate the classroom teaching process,management and control,in order to achieve the goal of teaching behavior.If a class lacks regulation and control,it will be the removal of the wild horses,become unmanageable,no matter how good the teaching design is useless.Therefore,teachers should consider the important elements existing in the classroom teaching in the teaching,pondering the internal rules of search control strategy which can be prepared in advance,to optimize the classroom control their own behavior,improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.In order to make the high school mathematics teachers can control the classroom better,this study makes use of three aspects,including the classroom discipline,classroom teaching control and time control of rhythm control,to do video analysis between an outstanding young teacher and an expert teacher who teach "the relationship between the line and the circle" which comes from the fourth chapter of pep A compulsory two,to find out their two classes in the same class of heterogeneous mathematics taught in the above three kinds of classroom control methods of the characteristics and commonality.The aim of this study is to improve or solve the unscientific elements in the classroom regulation of ordinary mathematics teachers,and to help ordinary teachers to become the expert teachers,to offer some reference value to others.The study mainly adopts documentary analysis and video analysis method to sort out the related theoretical knowledge and the literature content through the review literature,and through the repeated viewing of the video which is the two senior high school mathematics teachers' classroom regulation behavior according to discipline,time,and rhythm of these three aspects to organize and analyze the text.The study found that the two teachers in the three kinds of classroom regulation and control focus differently,but the situation is not separated from the case,the two teachers of each control methods are suitable.The study shows that teachers should use the guide language and attention control,allocate the classroom time reasonably and pay attention to the teaching rhythm.The teacher has a good control method,which is convenient to select the appropriate control methods in the specific teaching situation,and then improve the classroom teaching efficiency.
