Teachers' classroom control is an essential part of teaching process,effective classroom control plays an important role in the effect of students' learning,which helps students to create a good learning atmosphere,and the positive initiative of students is improved.In today's teaching process,the way of classroom control is not in place to be understood,and not to be used flexibly.With students' problem behavior,punishment,criticism and other powerful control methods are took.Combined with the above problems,the concept and characteristics of teachers,classroom control are summarized,investigates the status of classroom control of chemistry teachers,and the way of classroom control of chemistry teachers is analyzed.In the last chapter of this paper,the related strategies of effective control of chemistry classroom and the requirements of chemistry teachers classroom teaching control ability are proposed.The following content can be used as reference to the general teachers.In order to understand the actual situation of chemistry teachers' classroom control,more than 60 chemical classroom are observed and record in a senior high school in Harbin.The classroom control of chemistry teachers is classified,and the chemistry teachers in different grades are interviewed and communicated.Through various observation and analysis,the results show that the expected method of classroom control is to be ignored and the correction method is to be emphasized,the psychological control of students is to be the behavior control mode is to be emphasied,the weak control of students is to be ignored and the strong control is to be emphasized.In the actual classroom teaching,more non-verbal control methods can be used to improve the prevention ability of the problem behavior,and the expected teaching goal can be achieved.The present situation and methods of classroom control of chemistry teachers are analyzed,and the relevant strategies of effective control of chemistry classroom and the requirements of chemistry teachers' classroom teaching control ability are put forward in this paper.
