Guiyang Undergraduate College Campus Run To Carry Out Feasibility Analysis And Countermeasure Research

As a new sports item,the campus road running,which has the characteristics of wide participation,strong flexibility and scientific movement,is becoming more and more important.The purpose of this study is: to promote the formation of sunshine sports activities to better implement and rich campus atmosphere of physical training,colleges and universities in Guiyang to actively carry out the campus road running in order to effectively improve the physical health of students,cultivating the consciousness of lifelong sports.In reference on the basis of previous studies,the domestic regional jogging exercise,marathon,run status of literature and analysis,and combining the expert interview law,questionnaire survey and other research methods,ten undergraduate universities in Guiyang area of 1164 college students as investigation object,the system is studied in the undergraduate course colleges and universities campus run in Guiyang region of influencing factors.Summarizes the campus road running exercise in Guiyang undergraduate course colleges and universities to carry out the value and significance,and are faced with the problem in the promotion,and put forward the corresponding countermeasure.Results are as follows:1.Guiyang undergraduate college students attending extracurricular physical exercise project is given priority to with jogging,all kinds of ball games,long walk,to participate in extracurricular physical training places including school playground,and dormitory campus gymnasium.While participating in the form and content of extracurricular sports activities are diverse,but to some extent,limited to the facilities.2.The campus road run for not form a unified concept and mode into the university campus without being known.So,undergraduate college students in Guiyang "the campus road" cognitive situation is relatively fuzzy,the content of the activities for the campus road running and organization is the lack of a clear understanding.3.Running APP related equipment used in Guiyang city college students to participate in the campus road running effect has a certain impact,but in the selection and use of equipment,should fully consider the function of the running APP and convenience,and the need of the actual situation of the school and students.4.In the undergraduate course colleges and universities to promote "the campus road run" Guiyang project need to consider personal idea,the location equipment facilities,sports course content setting,campus culture,teachers and school leaders of five aspects,such as importance factors.Through deep analysis on each side,work out a reasonable and effective feasible implementation plan "the campus road run",is the important way to solve the big five factors,is also more widely in Guiyang undergraduate course colleges and universities "the campus road run" important aspects of project need to be solved.
