Research On The Traditional Sports Training Base Of Minority Nationality In Ningxia

As an institution which combines training and scientific research together,the training base of minorities' traditional sports is the best hatching center.It has become a way to establish the training bases of minorities' traditional sports by making the best of social resources and relying on schools,enterprises and sports centers.This study focuses on the research and analysis of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports through research methods like expert interview,observation and questionnaire,etc.The results can be showed as follows:(1)The actual operation of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports in Ningxia is poor,most of the training bases' training stagnates,relevant training only starts before the National Games,which is opposite to the national fitness situation;(2)The files' storage situation of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports in Ningxia is poor,there is no special person to put them i order.Most coaches are pluralistic,they are often stressful from teaching and have no leisure time to conduct relevant research activities to national traditional sports,resulting in fewer national traditional sports scientific research;(3)The function of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports in Ningxia is week,except several schools that have organized relevant activities to national traditional sports,the rest of the training bases of school haven't organized any national traditional sports activities;(4)There still are a lot of shortcomings of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports in Ningxia in propaganda,scientific research,sports events,tourism resources,etc.The government hasn't paid enough attention.Based on the findings above,suggestions are proposed as follows:(1)To improve the attention of the government,to increase investment,to develop the capital chain and to improve the site and equipment;(2)To increase media' propaganda,to film related documentaries,to establish platforms of website,wechat and micro-blog,and spread the culture of traditional sports in Ningxia out;(3)To strengthen the combination of minority's traditional sports and physical education,so that students can understand and learn the traditional sports culture of minority nationalities,improve the students' cognitive situation,and make good use of the schools;(4)The Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Sports Bureau should do their responsibilities well in supervision,organization and management by formulating relevantassessing standards,awarding outstanding training bases and not banned useless training bases,thus can promote the sustainable development path of the training bases of minorities' traditional sports in Ningxia;(5)Taking the training base in colleges and universities as advantageous resources,to organize and hold academic exchanges,exchange their needs,and strengthen exchanges and cooperation;(6)The government should lead the national traditional sports events,to hold more competitions,to strengthen the actual ability of athletes and coaches,to sum up their own shortcomings;(7)To strengthen the theoretical study of coaches and athletes,to improve their overall quality,and promote the development of human resources;(8)To improve system of files,and strengthen the arrangement and protection of files.
