In recent years,China's higher education has gradually changed from elite education to mass education in the past,more students entering schools of higher learning opportunities,which also the University's ideological and political education work put forward higher requirements.At the same time,colleges and universities also make significant changes and improvement in many aspects of the means of education,carrier,content and method,the vector method of implicit ideological and political education in the university campus cultural activities as very fruitful,but there are also some problems to ponder.This paper takes the university campus cultural activities as the main research contents,attempts to Marx's theory of development under the guidance from the three main activities: schools,teachers and students of universities reflect the current problems existing in the analysis,three subjects in the current activities played in the running mode and role.For the lack of dynamic interaction.Finally,under the guidance of Marx's theory of human development,a new type of operation mode is constructed,and the realization path of the dynamic interaction between the three subjects is put forward.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,on the basis of gathering relevant information,summarizes the current research situation of dynamic interaction at home and abroad scholars on the theory of human development and campus cultural activities among the subjects,then points out the innovation of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the theory of human development,subjectivity and subject interaction,and defines the scope of the dynamic interaction between the subject and the main body of the campus culture.The second chapter is about the interaction between the human development theory and the dynamic interaction between the cultural activities of the University campus.The main body of the two is the people,all around the nature of the people,the needs of the people,the value of the people,so the two are to a certain extent.Marx's theory of human development provides the core content and the ultimate goal of campus cultural activities,but in the actual activities,the latter has a certain gap with the requirements of the former.The third chapter is the lack of dynamic interaction between the subjects of campus cultural activities from the perspective of human development theory.As an example a study of Ethernet Technology University "career guidance" principle of education plan a series of activities,analysis of three main activities in the creation,participation and feedback in the process of performance,points out the activities of the main interaction problems.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the lack of dynamic interaction between the cultural activities of College campus.According to above mentioned problems in guiding the development of Marx's theory of human understanding to create stage in school activities,subject to the activities of anxious lead to the lack of effect on students' care;teachers' main tool that excessive attention to the activities students' personal values are ignored.At the same time,the school can not meet the needs and interests of the three subjects.The school and the teacher try to force the effect of the activity on the students.Based on the theoretical analysis of human development,this paper tries to find out the source of dynamic interaction between subjects.The fifth chapter is to enhance the realization path of the dynamic interaction of campus culture activities among the subjects based on the theory of human development,the chapter is mainly on the activities carried out before and after the emergence of the problem,on the basis of reflection,put forward to change the concept of creation activities,activities should be from scientific to humanism,by the tool to life,from one-way indoctrination to equal dialogue.Improve the activities of the process,the integration of various types of activities,the establishment of a sound evaluation system,in order to achieve the dynamic interaction of the three dimensions of campus cultural activities.
