The construction of campus culture is an important part of the construction of the campus spiritual civilization. The important carrier is the activities of campus culture. The diversity of the campus life is reflected in the innovation of the campus cultural activities, and the innovation of the campus cultural activities reflected the effect of university education and the quality of teaching. Also the development of campus cultural activities is the important method and means to meet the spiritual life of teachers and students. In the activities, not only teachers and students can improve and strengthen the ability to apply the ideas, also can broaden the structure of knowledge. The activities of college campus culture, as an important carrier to create a harmonious civilized campus, need constant innovation, and meet the needs of the development of students.The activities of college campus culture include all activities which carried out in the campus, and involved a lot of departments. The communist youth league in colleges as one of the more special and active sector, its activities are varied. In recent years, few activity, which organized by the communist youth league in colleges, faced the unconspicuous effect with a large input and energy. This article will take the campus cultural activities organized by the Communist Youth League of Inner Mongolia T University to study, and points out the specific reflected managing problems and the causes of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions and comments based on the idea of management, psychology and the theory of education economics.
