The communist youth league in colleges as one of the more special and active sector, its activities are varied. In recent years, few activity, which organized by the communist youth league in colleges, faced the unconspicuous effect with a large input and energy. This article will take the campus cultural activities organized by the Communist Youth League of Inner Mongolia T University to study, and points out the specific reflected managing problems and the causes of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions and comments based on the idea of management, psychology and the theory of education economics.
