Analysis Of Community Rehabilitation Of The Physically Disabled And Feasibility Strategy Of Social Work Intervention

The national "13th Five-Year" plan put forward in building a well-off society in 2020,this period has become an important opportunity to promote the development of persons with physically disabilities.In our country the proportion of the physically disabled group is the largest,and the demand for rehabilitation is more prominent.Due to physical defects,physical disabilities prone to inferiority complex,poor interpersonal relationships,family tensions and other issues,affecting their rehabilitation.Community rehabilitation has been widely used in western countries because of its low input and high efficiency.In order to meet the needs of the physically disabled,the Chinese government has adopted the mature experience of the West to develop community rehabilitation service.In this paper,S district of Chongqing city as the research area,focusing on the Q town,T street and Y street for research,selected part of the physically disabled as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey,depth interviews and field observations to collect first-hand information and data.Using SPSS 19 software to analyze the effectiveness of community rehabilitation service for the disabled in the community,and in-depth interviews with community workers.Although the government's initiative of community rehabilitation has achieved some results,but there are still negative cognition,physically disabled persons of their social support network is not perfect,lack of professional talents,rehabilitation services,financing channels,barrier free facilities and other defects.Facing the existing problems of community rehabilitation,explore the feasibility of social work intervention strategy.Social work in government funding,to the advantage of perspective,empowerment theory,community rehabilitation intervention through the case,groups,for physically disabled persons providing psychological counseling,the establishment of mutual aid group,the expansion of physically disabled persons rehabilitation service personnel,recruiting volunteers,employment ability training of physically disabled persons,and actively advocated the government policy support,increase the proportion of comprehensive rehabilitation physically disability persons.
