A Practical Research On Social Work Intervening In The Rehabilitation Process Of Community Drug Rehabilitation Workers

In the anti-drug,anti-drug,and anti-drug situation of the whole people,the Chinese government has not only stepped up its crackdown on drug production and trafficking,but also paid more and more attention to the assistance and reform of drug addicts.The compulsory detoxification generally implemented in the early stage focuses on In the physical rehabilitation of drug addicts,there is a problem of neglecting other needs of drug addicts and a high relapse rate.Therefore,in recent years,the government has begun to focus on the application of community drug rehabilitation models.The 2008 Anti-drug Law has established the important role of community rehabilitation in community drug rehabilitation in the legal form.Among them,the size and professional role of anti-drug social work institutions and anti-drug social workers are also valued by the government.This article mainly introduces the author's internship in the community drug rehabilitation office of Beicheng Street,Weifang City,with six community drug rehabilitation personnel as service objects,and the use of professional methods of social work to intervene in the rehabilitation process of community drug rehabilitation personnel.The author first understands the status quo of the anti-drug work in Beicheng Street and the community detoxification model.The role of anti-drug social workers is not very powerful.Secondly,in the specific intervention process of providing services for community drug rehabilitation personnel,it is found that the service object needs to be detoxified.The physical and psychological difficulties faced by drug addiction,interpersonal communication difficulties,employment and social adjustment difficulties,etc.,when they are recovering from drug addiction,understand their own characteristics and analyze the reasons behind them in light of the conditions of their environment;then through the three cases,groups and communities The direct working method is involved in the rehabilitation process of community drug addicts to help them tide over the difficulties.In the process of intervention,the author discovered the limitations of many social work itself and the imperfections of the community drug rehabilitation mechanism,which will hinder the rehabilitation process of drug rehabilitation personnel.Therefore,to improve the community drug rehabilitation model,so that it can play the greatest role in helping the rehabilitation of community drug rehabilitation personnel,not only requires continuous reflection and supporting development of social work,but also requires the leading promotion of the government and the participation of multiple subjects to promote community drug rehabilitation.Personnel achieve the goal of full recovery.
