For a long time,the study about teachers in our country is on the one hand is the concept of teacher theory,on the other hand is the dual structure of the theory of talent teachers.On the one hand is the ideal teacher how teachers should be the theory statement is the ideal teacher,on the other hand,around how to give teachers the ability of teaching,how to cultivate and train such methodology problem about be in full swing.No matter what kind of argument,is the lack of "learning" as a "growth,development of the people" of teachers.This study is based on "learning" as the key words for teachers to explore,follow the value orientation of "learning oriented",to study the evaluation of corresponding perspective,to the professional competencies of teachers as the research point,explore the structure of teachers' professional competencies in the evaluation of learning and promotion strategy.This study follows the philosophical thinking of "why" to "what" and "how to do".First of all,from the theoretical basis,learning evaluation value and the main content and other aspects of learning evaluation connotation,then focus to learning teachers in the evaluation of professional connotation,to clarify the study value in the evaluation of teachers' professional accomplishment,"why" to carry out this research demonstration.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant literature,combined with the research questions of this study,the paper constructs the structure of teacher professional competencies in the learning evaluation".Finally,this study from the outside guidance,internal development and external support from three perspectives on how to improve the level of teachers' professional competencies evaluation in the theoretical study,that is,"how to do".This study takes the study from the perspective of evaluation to study the professional competencies of teachers,in order to provide a new perspective for the study of teachers' professional competencies,look forward to to enhance the professional level of teachers to provide the corresponding theoretical basis and direction.Specifically,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction,mainly discusses the core concepts of this research problem to study the origin,significance and purpose of the research,definition,literature review,research ideas and research methods and research difficulties and innovations etc..The second part is the study of the value evaluation of the study,mainly discussed from two aspects of theory foundation and value pursuit of learning evaluation,then introduces the main contents of assessment for learning,including learning objectives and methods of evaluation and learning evaluation principles etc..The third part is the study of teachers' professional competencies evaluation value,mainly discusses the influence of professional nature,teachers' professional accomplishment and the factors of teachers and learning evaluation of professional value etc..The fourth part is the structure of teacher learning in the evaluation of professional competencies,namely "learning the professional concept of structure" and "positive psychology professional emotional geography" and "deep compatible professional knowledge","situational practice ability".The fifth part is the strategy to enhance the level of professionalism of teachers in the evaluation of learning,this is the teacher about any literacy research cannot avoid the problem,based on the structure of professional teachers' learning evaluation,put forward the evaluation of teacher professional competencies of the reasonable and feasible strategy.
