Purpose: In this paper,we mainly use the remote sensing electromyography combined with high-speed imaging technology to test the main force muscle of Feng Jie's rotary push shot.Through the measured data to find out the main technical stage of the muscle discharge time sequence,the size of the order of force and contribution rate,etc.,and then reveal the rotation of the strength of the force of the shot.And on this basis to sum up,improve the athletes are not the right hair habits,to avoid the various parts of the body in the throwing shot into the process of force is not concentrated.For the athletes in the future of technical and special strength training arrangements for a reasonable training program,but also for the same group of sports to provide a certain theoretical basis for supporting.Methods: Megawin6000 portable 8-guided electromyography was used to collect the EMG data before and after the two tests.Megawin EMG analysis software was used to screen the data with the video and video synchronization.Through the analysis of the following conclusions:1.In the double-leg support phase,right erector spinae,right femoral head muscle,left biceps femoris is relatively stable in the order of discharge time;right erector spinae,right gluteus maximus muscle EMG synchronization degree is high,and is the main force of the muscles,the synchronization and the contribution rate is the lowest in the left two shares head muscle,right abdominal oblique.2.one-leg support phase in the order of discharge time right erector spinae,right gluteus maximus,left femoral head four muscle,right external oblique discharge effect is relatively stable;the right erector spinae,left femoral head two muscle,left femoral head four muscle is the main force of the muscles stage,right gastrocnemius and right posterior segment unit four biceps EMG synchronization and the contribution rate is the lowest.3.The flight phase to complete the action in the shortest time,in the order of discharge time of left femoral head two right muscle,erector spinae,right external oblique discharge effect is relatively stable;the right femoral head two right muscle,erector spinae,left femoral head muscle is the four stage main force of the muscles,the right gastrocnemius muscle after the period of EMG signal the same step degree and the contribution rate of the minimum discharge.4.In the transition phase,right unit four biceps,left and right femoral head two muscle erector spinae,right external oblique discharge time order is relatively stable,the right femoral head muscle,two left femoral head four muscle,right abdominalmuscle EMG synchronization degree is high and the stage is the main force of muscle,the right gluteus maximus the synchronization degree and contribution rate is relatively weak.5.the last phase of right femoral head four right abdominal muscle,external oblique,left femoral head two muscle,left femoral head four muscle discharge time order is relatively stable,right abdominal and right femoral head two muscle and right femoral head four muscle is the main force of the muscles stage,the right gluteus and right gastrocnemius after section of EMG synchronization degree and contribution rate is low.Conclusion: 1.In the double-leg support phase,preparation time is adequate,more conducive to the coordination of each muscle force,and is positively correlated with the level of performance.In addition,the output of right lateral oblique muscle was not stable in the whole process,especially in the double support stage.2.In the whole stage,the level of muscle discharge is relatively good,which shows that it is important to maintain the stability of the spindle.In addition,the right femoral head of two,right thigh and the right lateral rectus muscle is the main force of the transition phase and the last stage of the main force of muscle,especially the right external oblique muscle of the abdomen on the level of the results of a high degree of importance of the role of the four.3.The transition stage and the final stage of right gastrocnemius muscle posterior and the right gluteus EMG synchronization degree and contribution rate are low.
