Object:This study is to introduce electrographic technique and biomechanical three-dimensional photography to analyze the characteristics of nerve-muscle coordination.Research on back gliding shot putting technique with three different qualities of shots(6kg,7.26kg,8kg) to study the mobilization situation such as mobilization order,the extent and duration of all the major muscle under the control of the central nervous system.Evaluate the characteristics of nerve - muscle coordination in back gliding shot putting technique.Do a preliminary study of making evaluation standards on the characteristics of nerve - muscle coordination in back gliding shot putting technique, Lay the foundation of importance of coordination capacity of the power-motor skills.Research method:Use Portable surface EMG records and analyze the major muscle's EMG of back gliding shot putting technique with MegaWin EMG analysis software system.Discuss the characteristics of the coordination,combinating of three-dimensional image resolution analysis.Study result:1,The hand speed of three different qualities of shots is the speed of 8-11 m / s or so.The change of speed can be divided into four stages, in the middle time,the speed rate is almost no increase and in the final stages,it declines.There is no significant correlativity between time change of different stages and hand speed of three different qualities of shots.2,When throwing 6kg shot,the mobilization order of muscles is in line with the theory.When throwing 8kg shot,it is early of mobilization with the upper limb muscle.Lower limb muscles,back muscles,upper limb muscle have the greatest force separately when throwing 6kg,7.26kg,8kg shots. Electrical discharge time is shortest of lower limb muscles when throwing 6kg shot and abdomen and upper back muscles when throwing7.26kg shot.Conclusion:1,When throwing 7.26kg shot,the mobilization order of muscles is in line with the theory.7.26kg shot is for competition with the most mature technology movement,the most economical mobilization of muscle strength. The change of speed is more smooth and muscle coordination is better than the other two groups.2,When throwing 6kg shot,abdomen and upper back muscles have to mobilize ahead of the trend.The duration of discharge is generally shorter.When throwing 8kg shot,the technology moves easily deformed,however it is significance for lower extremity strength training.This can be used to find the means to handle the establishment of a new nerve-muscle connection.3,When throwing 6kg and 8kg shots,people are mainly to change the control of muscle fibers recruitment,and loading dose stimulus intensity is different.Not all muscle will increases the strength of contraction with the increase of shots weight.
