Why does the H university logistics catering faces less food safety risk than snack street? Based on the theory of transaction cost economics,under the guidance of risk management theory,this thesis uses the four dimensions of portraying the governance structure to analyze the governance way of risk management of university logistics catering,and compares the differences in the internal management of catering.Through the investigation,description,explanation and analysis of the governance of logistics risk in H university,this thesis analyzes the effect of various elements within the governance structure on reducing risk.The research shows that the mixed system is the governance structure of the logistics service of the university,the risk prevention of the whole process is more effecttive,the internal competition mechanism is not related to the risk,the governance structure itself is not the only factor to determine the risk size.Specifically,H university logistics catering center has formed a relatively complete operation and management system,compared to the snack street management mode,H university catering in the administrative control and incentives are significantly different.In the distribution of executive power,H university sets up a series of rules to solve the problem about formal authority,the residual control is difficult to grasp and the contractor discretion is too large.In the dimension of financial distribution and budget control,the use of catering service center revenue and expenditure accounting and the central director of the responsibility system,combined with the first approval and re-purchase of the daily procurement model,is conducive to reducing the possibility of rent-seeking,thereby enhancing the food safety factor.For the assessment,supervision and internal control,H university logistics catering management system with daily assessment and performance evaluation of the two evaluation modules,logistics,student organizations and other departments will also regularly check the catering,and to all consumers Results published and feedback to regulate the behavior of the restaurant.In the dimension of personnel incentive,H university logistics catering center set the relevant rules with the other threedimensions of the measures with each other,in the control of "rent-seeking" space under the premise of the positive role of the incentive.This thesis puts forward the thinking of the policy through the case study,the risk prevention of the logistics in the university,the control of the administrative centralization,the awareness of the whole process management and the development of the management of "localization".Finally,this thesis in the reflection of the part of the H university logistics catering governance structure that is mixed with the employment system,market and administrative hair system theory dialogue,trying to increase the theoretical explanatory power,enrich the existing research.
