Research On Socialization Reform Of Logistics Catering In Universities Of Fujian Province

In recent years,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core attaches great importance to education.And,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the significance of education on various occasions.Thereinto,arguments on“comprehensively deepening reform in education”and“fundamental task of morality education”are mentioned multiple times in National Education Conference,National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in China’s Universities and Colleges as well as the 19^thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China.The comprehensively deepening reform in education has a rich connotation.While,the reform of socialized logistics in colleges and universities is an indispensable part of it.It is a crucial guarantee for the completion and smooth running of various reform tasks in higher education.Since the concept of“reform of socialized logistics in colleges and universities”was first put forward in 1999,it has gone through exploration and practice over 20 years,and provided a strong support to the rapid development of higher education in China.The dream of being a powerful country in education makes it more urgent to improve the efficiency and proceed the transformation of logistics service in colleges and universities.In the construction of first-class universities and educational modernization,the logistics service in colleges and universities should be the guarantee of personnel training,the support of scientific research,the medium of social service and the carrier of university culture.At present,the reform of socialized catering in the reform of socialized logistics in colleges and universities is at the stage of adjustment and breakthrough.There is still a certain gap between the current situation and the ideal state that we expect.And,there still exist some problems that need to be further improved.Based on the study to the current situation in the reform of socialized logistics catering in Z university,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this practical experience,and summarizes its remaining problems.By making the summary of the reform experience in Z university,and combing with the relevant research results both in domestic and aboard,the paper elaborates and analyzes the problems that exist in theoretical guidance,policy support,consciousness transformation,supervision capacity and team building of the socialized logistics catering reform in Fujian Province.Based on an in-depth analysis of the above problems,the paper puts forward optimizing strategies in six aspects:enlarging policy support,accelerating consciousness transformation,strengthening institutional supplies,enhancing supervision capacity,improving market competitiveness and promoting team building.Through these strategies,the author hopes to provide some reference to the reform of socialized logistics catering in colleges and universities of Fujian Province.
