Research On Catering Services Socialization Reform Of HeNan Z University

College logistics catering management is an important part of university management, which influences the development of universities and the education quality to a great extent. Logistics catering is the guarantee, the foundation and pioneer of college teaching and science research. Only high efficiency, high benefit, high quality of college catering is useful to make the vigorous development of the higher education enterprise. Comprehensive reform of socialization of college logistics catering has been for 16 years since 2000.logistics operating efficiency, the guarantee capacity and service quality has improved significantly,which provides strong support for the higher education development by leaps. logistics catering is no longer the "bottleneck" of restricting development of higher education. But, so far, the goal of socialization reform of college logistics catering is still far completed. The market effect in the allocation of resources is very limited.Taking Z University’s catering socialization reform in Henan province as an example, this research paper on the basis of the theories of college logistics socialization at home and abroad, described and analyzed in detail the necessity, the history, the steps, the results and the existing problems of the socialization reform of college logistics catering in our country. The author thought a lot on the socialization reform of college logistics catering management. The first part of the paper mainly introduces the background, the significance, the present situation and the theoretical basis of college logistics socialization reform; and tells paper content, method and structure. The second part tells the flaws of the traditional system and the necessity of college logistics catering socialization reform. The third part mainly tells the history, the steps of the socialization reform of college logistics catering in the college. The fourth part summarize the results and the existing problems of the socialization reform of college logistics catering in Z university. The fifth part in view of the problems in the process of the reform put forward the suggestions to push forward the reform of college logistics catering socialization. The suggestions include the three lays: supervise, business entity and consume.This paper adopts literature research method, the combination of macro and micro research method, interviewing method and questionnaire method.
