Research On The Current Situation And Development Path Of High-level Baseball Team In Cross Strait Colleges And Universities

With the successful of baseball return to the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.Undoubtedly,it will be benefit the development of baseball at all levels in China mainland,to explore the development model of baseball in colleges and universities,it needs new ideas and path.Compare to the sports team development model in China mainland,Colleges and universities in Taiwan as the backup talent cultivation base of baseball.This paper survey the current situation,restrictive factors,institutional establishment,management mode,enrollment system of baseball first division in cross-strait colleges and universities.Concluded as follow:The objects of this study were participate in the 2015-2016 Taiwan university baseball league,and 2016 Chinese university and college baseball league,from the actual participation in the observation to investigate the existing problems.Through the literature,questionnaire survey,expert interviews,mathematical statistic,actual participation method to discuss the existing system,the combination of teachers and special coaches.First of all,at present the mainland colleges and universities high level baseball team,should establish a scientific and rational team management system,develop a clear team goal,hierarchical responsibility system,implement the diversity of enrollment,hire coaches,the management of players,expand funding resources.Secondly,coaches should develop a corresponding assessment system,the combination of teachers and special coaches,to provide a path to coaches who are interested in raising the theory and practice of baseball,enrich the coaches of their own special technical and physical knowledge,use scientific baseball training methods.Thirdly,high-level baseball teams in our country should actively discuss cooperation with enterprises,seeking multi-channel funding to support the development of the school model,rely on the school to pay all the expenses of the baseball team,has not suitable for the development of high-level sports in modern colleges and universities?Sponsor the baseball team in the form of a corporate title team,for high-level baseball players in colleges and universities to provide scholarships,quality training environment,perfect training equipment and coach team.Fourthly,at present,the level of high tennis in colleges and universities is at alow level,there are fewer tournaments and teams,should expand the influence as soon as possible,organize regional traditional competition,shorten the tournament interval,improve the media propaganda,increase games,training with competition,to enhance the level of competition.
