A Study On Emotional Mobilization Of Network Public Events

Through the year of 2007 to 2016 of People 's Network "China Internet public opinion analysis report" 164 "network public event" content analysis,this paper explores the causes,strategies,impacts,results and reasons behind the mobilization of public events,and the risks and countermeasures.It is found that the main mobilization motivations of the network public events are based on public security events,civil events,moral privacy events and nationalist events,and mainly to seek the truth,protect the individual or collective interests,in public appeal,express emotions or vent their anger,and found entertainment.Strategies in high frequent use in Emotional mobilization are followed by onlookers,rally,rumor construction,background exposure,and public opinion trial.Emotions resulted from emotional mobilization mainly include anger and doubt.What triggered the main behavior of Internet users is the expression of network discourse.In the result of online public events emotional mobilization,the common response of government is quick,but the sustained attention to the event is not strong.At the same time,there is a positive correlation between event type and public appeal,between emotional mobilization strategy and emotional tendencies,between event type and government response.And the formation of the network of public events behind the emotional mobilization has a profound social ideology.From the social root point of view,the reasons are that social and economic transformation has led to the rise of risk,the moral culture of traditional culture and the hustle and bustle of popular culture;from the point of view of the Internet users,the reasons are herd mentality and infection psychology,psychological imbalance of individual,unique netizens mentality in China's transition period;the main government of governance point of view,the reasons are the lack of channels of public demand,the lack of government departments credibility,the official website information disclosure lag or response to errors;from the catalyst network media,the anarchy of the subject and the openness,the sudden and interactive process of the formation process,thedevelopment of the network from the media,the bad media and the organization to fuel the flames.There are also some risks in the process of emotional mobilization,including the risk of hijacking the general public opinion,the risk of the network political wonders,the risk of the online voters' politics,and the risk of the civilized society.In view of the above may be the risk,the ruling body or a specific subject strain "passive" as "active",from the concept,system,measures and other aspects of comprehensive disposal response.
