Interest Expression And Emotional Development:The Internal Logic Of The Evolution Of Network Public Events

In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet technology,especially the widespread use and popularization of the mobile Internet,the public events in the real society will be broadcast quickly on the network and become the public events of the network.However,under the influence of netizens' public opinion,the main body and topic of network public events have split and changed compared with the meta-event.That is,public events have evolved in cyberspace.So,how has the cyberspace event evolved? What is the internal driving force to promote its evolution? This article takes the Hangzhou nanny arson case as an example,and uses the process-event analysis method and content analysis method to explore this.Events consist of subjects and topics,so the evolution of events refers to the changes of subjects and topics.The study found that in cyberspace,netizens extended the subject of the event from "nanny" and "victim" to "property industry","housekeeping industry","all employers of nannies" and "all owners";and extended the topic of the event from "nanny arson" to "housekeeping industry chaos" and "property management level".Event evolution trajectory shows that "interests" and "emotions" are the internal driving forces of the evolution of network public events.When netizens express their interests,through the identity of tagging and our identity,netizens who have no direct interest relationship with arson incident become stakeholders,and express their interest demands of regulating the domestic market,improving the level of babysitter industry,strengthening the management of property industry and safeguarding the basic rights and interests of owners through the events.On the other hand,netizens construct tragic characters of the subject of the incident and construct fear through weakening strategies.Panic scenario,feeling the unfortunate and sad of the parties,stimulates people's sympathy and panic,and generates "sympathy" in order to attract more people to participate in the discussion of the event,and promote the further evolution of the event.The evolution of network public events is very different from that of other public events,and its evolution has its own unique logic.Mastering the internal logic of the evolution of network public events is convenient to guide or deal withthem and promote social harmony and stability.
