Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the concept of "students oriented,learning as the center" continues to penetrate,which puts forward higher requirements for teachers' professional quality.The professional growth of teachers not only to improve their teaching ability,but also improve their academic quality,scientific research ability,proposition ability and so on,which requires teachers not only "teachers to become a carpenter","research" teachers.But at present,the majority of the teachers due to the heavy task of teaching,class,teachers just enough time for the daily teaching tasks,plus the inspection on the superior administrative department makes teachers struggling to cope with,do not talk up thinking,to study the development of teachers is extremely unfavorable.How to build a good platform for teachers' professional development in practice and promote the professional development of teachers is an important issue in front of the school.Teaching and research group as an important organization of the school teaching activities,its main function is to promote the professional growth of teachers,it is necessary to solve the problem of teachers in the professional development as far as possible.The timeliness of teaching activities is based on the value of teachers who want to realize their own value through professional development,and hope to promote their own growth without affecting the teaching task.It spread through the network system of the present developed and intelligent mobile phone,so that teachers put their own problems,whenever and wherever possible in the classroom teaching students to the network platform,to solve the problem through the collective wisdom of the group.It can not only solve the problems found in Teachers' daily teaching,but also promote the improvement of teachers' teaching and research ability,so that the teaching and research activities are no longer tasteless.But it is not the end of time,then solve specific problems need a set of effective operational mode of refining and deepening the formation of the subject of the problem.This study is through the "timely put forward problem--timely research--timely verification of the timely order of design and practice achievement" process,the initial formation of the timeliness of operation mode of teaching and research activities,without increasing the burden of the teachers,for teachers to think about their own teaching behavior by sporadic time,to study the status of students thus,students themselves,double the purpose of growth.In this mode under the guidance of the school formed a research brand,research level is improved.The teachers participate in the research enthusiasm than ever greatly enhanced,willing to continue to find problems in the classroom,and ultimately benefit the students.
