Remuneration constitutes one of the significant factors affecting job satisfaction.They are interrelated.In addition,pay level and job satisfaction have been shown to play a role in outcomes such as work motivation and performance.how to develop a compensation strategy to severs to motivate current employer and attract new ones is becoming a hot trend nowadays.This study target the employees in S Technology College,and focus on the issue how to use the rumination practice motivate the employees and create the competitive advantage in this field.The report introduce the background and how importance the motivated tools for the leader,and how the remuneration would help the leader to motivate the employees.The main objectives,which are coming out of this research are as follow In order to collect the secondary data to accomplish this research,the different sources are used to analyst how the remuneration system impact on the employees and some success cases.these source are academic journal article,books.The primary research method comprise the observation,survey and interview through questionnaires,whereas the secondary researches comprises evaluation reliable academic article,the information and figures which are collected by SPSS statics software shows four facts impact on job satisfaction are employees compensation,pay for performance,benefit and compensation justice in terms of Remuneration.All these have been packaged to motivate employees so as to improve on their performance.The understanding provides the basic ingredient for designing and incorporate the remuneration strategies into policy and objectives of S technology college by improving the employees salary lever,narrowing the salary gap,improving the salary satisfaction,and addressing pay for performance.The last part of this study is the assurances of support for the remuneration.Conclusion,this study focus on S technology college's remuneration system,and the study founded employees motivate through different monetary remuneration and an effective remuneration helps in reducing absenteeism,turnover,provides organizational attractiveness to different job seeker and also helps in employees performance,and developing an effective HR and compensation policy to pay his employee and motivated them to put their best efforts to achieve the goal and objective of the organization,and also developing strong relationship between employer and employee.
