In the final analysis,the competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents.A scientific and reasonable salary system is of great significance to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and maximize the profits of enterprises.This thesis studies the optimization of salary system of CYGJ Education Group.The group's nine-year backward salary model has led to the loss of some high-quality teachers in the school,which has seriously restricted its healthy development.Firstly,this thesis systematically elaborates the research results and theoretical basis of the compensation system at home and abroad,which provides theoretical support for the writing of this thesis.This thesis adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,field interviews,literature research,etc.to analyze the existing compensation system of CYGJ Group,and finds that there are some problems in the design of the compensation system,including the lack of overall compensation level.Competitiveness,unreasonable salary structure,unscientific incentive mechanism,etc.The main reasons are unreasonable salary weight design,unreasonable incentive cost and incentive effect,lack of scientific job analysis and job evaluation,etc.The corresponding optimization design countermeasures are put forward in this thesis.Specific scheme,proposed that the salary is composed of basic salary,incentive salary,welfare salary,additional salary and spiritual salary.In view of the existing problems of the group,suggestions are made from improving the overall salary,optimizing the salary system structure,optimizing the welfare and spiritual salary system and improving the performance appraisal scheme.At the same time,it is also for senior managers,general administrators,market commissioners and teaching staff.The salary system of staff and other posts has been optimized and perfected.Finally,some safeguard measures have been put forward,such as improving the organization,paying attention to publicity and communication,establishing modern human resource management system and establishing scientific performance appraisal system.
