Salary Administration is one important part in Enterprise Human Resources management,and the Salary Administration is based on the compensation system design.Because the compensation has always been a sensitive topic,it not only involves the interests of the employees,also affects the overall efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,how to regulate and scientifically manage the salary system design,and make the enterprise have the possible to exist and develop in this changing environment is very important.This essay is based on the HT education group as sample,use the method of questionnaire,interview and literature research and so on,to do the investigation and further study.First of all,this essay finds the problems existing in the teachers' salary system of HT through the system analysis of HT teachers' current Salary Administration system and through the way of interviewing and questionnaire survey of the satisfaction of employees'salary.Then,after a comprehensive diagnosis of the teachers's compensation system in HT,this essay follows the salary system design idea and combine with the current situation to make the detailed plan o optimize the teachers' compenation system with the consideration of equity and incentive.Finally,this essay puts forward the way of how to carry out the teachers' optimizatonal Salary Administration of HT.The research of this article is an application rearch on teachers' Salary Administration research results of the civil service examination training area.The results can be used as a reference standard to inspect some related theoretical achievements and it has a certain value.At the same time,the result of this essay that has a research of teachers' Salary Administration of HT not only can be used as a reference program of teacher's managment of HT,but also has certain reference value and practical significance to similar small and medium-sized civil sevice examination training companies' salary managment.
