Memory is a very important part of our life,and it is the basis of learning,living and even survival.If there is no memory,people cannot be effectively perceived,smoothly imagine and actively using thinking.Good memory can help people to learning and living better.For vocational high school students,the memory is playing a very important role in their study and life.They are a special group.On one hand,they are at the age of 15 to 19,which is the crucial stage of memory developing;on the other hand,they tend to be more active,and their enthusiasm to learning is not as high as the general high students.Therefore,it is especially important for them to have a good memory.Scientific and accurate evaluation of their memory can help teachers know every student better and maximize the advantage of every student's memory.At the same time,this can also provide some policy guidance for teachers to teach and help students learn scientific methods of memorizing.In addition,it also can be used to test home or school adolescents' memory,track the development of memory and assist memory defect treatment.Through literature survey,we found that the main methods of memory test are questionnaires,various kinds of memory testing scale and software.These test methods are currently popular and the validity of them is universally recognized.But the environment of these test methods tend to be too much serious,which lack immersion and realism of the interaction.So these test methods are not suitable for such lively students in vocational high schools to a certain extent,there may be considerable error in the memory test.This paper presents a novel method to test the memory of vocational high school students.It simulates the real-life situational environment by computer in every test project,and uses Kinect device to interact with the objects in the scene of Unity 3D.Subjects are required to complete certain tasks in these virtual reality scenes in order to test their memory level in the real-life situational environment.This paper uses Kinect technology to capture subjects' action,so that it can make the subjects to complete tasks directly by body movements.It achieves the way of the most natural interaction and improve the interest and immersion.
