Research On Practical Teaching Of Ideological And Political Theories Course In Independent Colleges

The ideological and political theories course in university is the main approach to educate students in terms of ideology and politics,whereas the practical teaching of ideological and political theories course is an important part of reform and innovation of ideological and political theories course in university,which is also an efficient way to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political course,forcefully driving ideological and political work in university.As a new higher educational institution,the independent colleges have developed rapidly with over 2.6 million students at school all over the country,so independent colleges in terms of talent cultivation have a grave responsibility.However,the independent colleges mostly don't take account of their own features,like teaching staff,source of students and so on,as a result,the effect of practical teaching of ideological and political theories course will not be considered to be optimistic,students' ideological and moral quality is uneven.Therefore,how to innovate the practical teaching of ideological and political theories remains a realistic problem to promote moral quality of student in independent colleges.Firstly,the article summarizes the research on practical teaching of ideological and political theories both domestically and internationally.Secondly,it teases out the related theories of independent colleges and practical teaching of ideological and political theories.And then it points out the necessity of enhancing the practical teaching of ideological and political theories courses.On this basis,four independent colleges in Hubei are chosen,and approaches of questionnaires and interview are adopted to investigate the current situation of practical teaching of ideological and political theories in independent colleges,analyze and summarize the achievements and problems in the practical teaching of ideological and political theories in independent colleges and penetrate the causes of these problems.The reason is that independent colleges and their students do not value thought politics education,lack scientific teaching management and teachers are under pressure from social?schools and their own development.Finally,it puts forward some improvement ideas of the practical teaching of ideological and political theories in independent colleges,which are referred to establishing idea guidance that include perfecting the big education idea and playing the objective role of the students,broadening the implementation roads that include integrating the team of teachers and counselors?implementing the practical teaching that combines with the professional?developing the practical teaching of school-enterprise cooperation?integrating social practical teaching resources and building the network practical teaching platform,perfecting the guarantee mechanism that include establishing the big system of practice educating?equipping special funds?strengthening construction of teachers rank?improving practical teaching management and building the practical teaching base,and constructing the evaluation system that include implementing the comprehensive scientific evaluation on the content?management?teachers and students.
