Under the overall circumstance of today's exam-oriented education,the significance of study for students has completely changed to higher grades,ignoring the flexible mastering and good understanding of knowledge.In order to promote the all-round development of students,the author made a summary of Biology Principle of High school biology molecules and cells from PEP edition and generalized the biology teaching method including combine the principle with the method of teaching in biology together to make case analysis,then compared with the teachers' book.This paper consists of five parts :the chapter one is the research method.Discuss biology education by the methods of literature research?experience conclusion?education measurement method and education experiment.This is a brief overview of the teaching material,students and research measure of Biology education.Teaching and scientific research is an important symbol to measure a country's development in education.Education workers doing biology teaching research according to certain conditions and ways,based on certain values and methodology,with a purpose in a planned way and systematically understanding.The Chapter two presents the research of contents.This part firstly made a brief overview of the biology theory for high schools.Then inductive points and come to the conclusion that the logical relationship the material molecular and cellular biology involved.The Chapter three is the interpretation of results.In this part,the author made four cases of teaching design,and put into trial use.By comparison with the teaching method of the teachers' book and the experimenters tested,get experimental results and discussion.Learn from the strong points of teachers' teaching resources,the author improved the teaching method.Absorb the good and discard the dregs,in order to more perfect,more easily accepted by students of teaching methods,and implement the plan with actual teaching.Results were analyzed in the chapter four.This report also puts forward opinions onthe improvement of teachers' book.The last chapter is insufficient and prospect,reflects on the shortcomings in the course of the inquiry.
