Through the teaching method,guided learning method,discussion teaching method in the high school geography teaching comparative analysis,compare the advantages and differences,analysis of three kinds of teaching methods in applicability and efficiency of high school geography teaching,help the theoretical study of high school geography teaching methods to improve and enrich,optimization for teachers of high school geography new teaching way and method,give full play to the advantages of each type of teaching methods,provide some references for improving teaching,the innovation of the teaching methods of other subjects also have certain reference value.Therefore,the study adopted a literature study method,collect about teaching method,case research method,discussion-based teaching method of literature.Secondly,using the method of experiment and contrast three experimental class differences in test scores before and after,analysis teaching method,case research method,the effectiveness of the discussion-based teaching method.Again,using the case method,compare the three class of classroom situation,so that a more comprehensive to contrast the effect of three kinds of teaching methods.Finally,using the questionnaire survey to understand the student evaluation of the three kinds of teaching methods,provide a basis for the research of different teaching methods effectiveness.The results show that the teaching method can effectively improve students' academic performance,but it has no obvious effect on improving students' learning interest.For the new teachers,the teaching method is one of the easiest ways to study and compare the three teaching methods.The use of teaching methods of new teachers,is conducive to better control of the classroom,to play its leading role.Guide to learn case research method to improve the students' interest in geography learning and learning effect is very obvious,but it requires teachers to have higher processing teaching content,design case and the ability to grasp the classroom time,at the same time also can increase the preparation of new teachers' workload.The discussion teaching method can effectively improve the students' interest in learning geography,reflect the students' subjectivity,but it is not obvious to improve students' academic performance.The new teachers lack of teaching experience,lack of classroom organization and management ability,the use of discussion teaching method in classroom teaching,classroom efficiency is low.Teaching method,learning plan guidance method,discussion teaching method have their own advantages and disadvantages.These three kinds of teaching methods and the relationship is not either this or that,the new teachers in the actual teaching process,should according to the specific teaching content,students,personal experience and ability to select appropriate teaching methods,and try to integrate various teaching methods in the teaching process,give full play to the advantages of each teaching method to comprehensive promote the development of students.
