The progress of the follower society and the wave of education reform are also constantly advancing. In the field of education, more and more updated and more advanced teaching methods, teaching theories have been discovered, proposed, and quickly applied to teaching practice. These new theories and new methods have injected more fresh blood into the teaching of sports and other subjects, which has prompted many educators to think more deeply about the education industry and promote the progress of the education industry in China. The guided teaching method is a teaching method proposed by China in the last century based on constructivism and humanism theory. After a lot of experimental research and application,it is proved that the guided teaching method is used in the teaching of sports and other subjects can achieve results. Therefore, this experimental study cites the instructional teaching method in the second-level physical education classroom teaching, and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of the guided teaching method in the second-level physical education classroom teaching. The innovation and diversification of curriculum design seeks a more effective approach. In this paper, the application of the instructional teaching method in the primary school physical education classroom teaching is taken as the research object, and two classes in the third grade of the experimental primary school in Zichuan District of Zibo City are selected as experimental subjects, and they are randomly divided into experimental classes and comparisons. In terms of research methods, this paper mainly uses the literature method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to conduct a more in-depth analysis of the guided teaching method. And apply it to the experimental research of primary school physical education curriculum. The results of this experimental study are analyzed as follows:1.From the perspective of students' psychological level, sports learning interest and social adaptability, the experimental group using the learning-based teaching method is higher in the scores of the scores than in the control group, and the experimental group and the control group data. The difference is significant. This shows that applying the instructional teaching method to the teaching experiment in the second-level physical education classroom can effectively improve the students' psychological level, sports learning interest and social adaptability.2.From the physical fitness test of students, there is no significant difference between the physical fitness indicators of the experimental group and the physical fitness indicators of the students in the control group. This shows that the application of the instructional teaching method in the second-level physical education class of the primary school level has no significant improvement on the physical quality of the students compared with the traditional physical education teaching methods.3.Through the comparison of the scores of psychological level, sports learning interest and social adaptability of the students in the control group,it is found that the traditional physical education teaching method has the scores of the students' psychological level, sports learning interest and social adaptability.A small increase, but the difference is not obvious, does not rule out the errors caused by students participating in the second test familiar with the topic. The results of this experiment prove that the application of the instructional teaching method in the teaching of elementary school physical education has certain scientific and effective effects, which is conducive to improving students' psychological adjustment ability and students' ability to withstand difficulties; The interest in physical education classes is conducive to students' development of lifelong physical education habits;improving students' social adaptability and promoting students' ability to form good interpersonal skills.
