This paper mainly adopts the "learning-guided" teaching method to teach badminton to achieve two goals,one is to enable students to master the basic skills and basic theoretical knowledge in badminton;the other is to develop students’ learning ability and cultivate students’ ability to adapt to society.In the learning process,we should pay attention to properly evaluate the degree of students’ participation in the classroom,give more affirmation to students,create a relaxed and free learning atmosphere for students,and create more situations.Guide students so that students can take the initiative to solve problems;let students gain knowledge in practice.Adopting the "learning-guided" teaching method is the basic way for the development of the student body.Teachers should regard students as the masters of learning and let students explore new knowledge independently.In the research of this paper,the method of literature materials,the method of questionnaire survey,the method of teaching experiment,and the method of mathematical statistics are used.Through the above research methods,the experimental subjects,namely the students of the 2021 Pingxiang University badminton public elective course,are analyzed and researched,and the advantages and feasibility of the "learning-guided" teaching method in badminton teaching are seen from the final conclusion.Before the experiment,the height,weight,age and physical fitness of the students were compared and analyzed by the teaching experiment method.P > 0.05 There was no significant difference between the two groups of students before the experiment.Therefore,the two groups of students were given a one-semester teaching experiment,and the results of the three badminton technical data were analyzed after the experiment.The conclusion was that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the early stage of the experiment for one semester.The later results showed that the various indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with a significant difference of P <0.05.Through the paper survey method,the questionnaire was issued and recycled to the students to know the real situation before the internal motivation experiment.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment.After the trial of one semester,the students’ interest in badminton learning was improved.,attention,participation,etc.,the experimental group students are better than the control group students to a certain extent.The final experimental conclusion is:(1)Adopting the "learning-guided" teaching method has a good positive stimulating effect on individual students,so that students can actively participate in learning.In this process,teachers can give students sufficient learning guidance and help to effectively improve the learning effect of students’ physical skills and technologies.(2)"Learning-guided" teaching can cultivate students’ ability to think independently and discover and solve problems,give full play to students’ subjective initiative,and is of great help to cultivate students’ self-learning ability."Learning-guided" teaching can reflect the status of the two major educational elements,the main body of students and the dominance of teachers,and the dominance and role of teachers are also maximized.The interaction between teachers and students in teaching can shorten the relationship between teachers and students,and promote a more harmonious classroom atmosphere.(3)The "learning-guided" teaching method improves students’ interest in learning and teaching efficiency to a certain extent,improves the quality of teaching,and helps students cultivate lifelong sports.(4)After a semester of study,it was found that students’ awareness of badminton had increased.Compared with the two teaching methods,the "learning-guided" teaching method could promote students to have a deeper understanding of badminton,and their understanding of badminton had been greatly improved.
