Study On Resolving Habitual Doubts In Public Opinion Guidance Of Internet

Habitual Doubts,known as ‘Habitual Doubts disorder',is not only a kind of thinking style,but also a social emotional expression.The previous survey shows that Habitual Doubts is a social phenomenon which is universal in modern society.Habitual Doubts can be said to be a double-edged sword.On the one hand,this mindset is the product of the development of modern society which represents the awakening of people's political awareness and political participation in social governance,which,to some extent,plays the role of the restriction and supervision of political power to improve the ability to govern.On the other hand,it is not conducive to a comprehensive,objective and fair understanding of social phenomena and social problems,what's worse,it is also not conducive to the construction of a safe and orderly environment.Especially in the Internet era,Habitual Doubts occupies thenetwork,if not properly guided and supervised,the consequences would be disastrous.One of the most effective ways to resolve the Habitual Doubts in the network is to use the guidance of public opinion.Public opinion-guidance ability has always been regarded by our previous leaders,because it is an affair about managing state and bringing peace and stability to the country,which represents the banner and the road of the party and the state,and involves the future fate of the party and the state.What's more,if the public opinion is correctly guided,it will bring great welfare to the party,the state and the people.In view of this,under the network circumstance,enhancing the ability of public opinion guidance can effectively resolve the problem of Habitual Doubts,and the best choice to purify the public opinion environment,to promote the health and orderly development of the social.With the ritapid development of the Internet and the unpredictable environment of public opinion,studying the public opinion guidance theories of western academics,we must make full use of the theoretical achievements of Marx's classical writers in the field of public opinion guidance which is conducive to improve the government's ability to govern,as a result of which,Creating a harmonious and stable social environment.To conclude,the research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper intends to use the methods of comparative analysis,literature research,summarization and other research methods to explore the specific way in which we can use the public opinion guidance to resolve the Habitual Doubts under Internet circumstance.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,briefly elaborated the background of the research,the domestic and foreign research trends,and the research ideas and methods;The second part The second part is based on the classical writers of Marxism and the views and theories of the leaders of our country on the public opinion guidance,combined with the public opinion guidance theories of western academics studies,aiming at using rich and solid thoughts as the basis to explore the problem of resolving Habitual Doubts in the network condition;The third part explains the theory and practice that the Communist Party of China(CPC)have used to solve the problem of Habitual Doubts.At the same time,it analyzes the successful experience which has been obtained,and then provides reference for the future work to solve the problem of Habitual Doubts with public opinion guidance.In the fourth part,the author discusses the problems existing in the work of networked public opinion guidance and solving the problem of Habitual Doubts,which are guided by the future public opinion and new challenges have been brought;the fifth part is the strategic thinking of the network public opinion guidance solving the problem of Habitual Doubts.The authorchooses to start from the four aspects which includes four parts: the agenda setting,the opinion leader,the network public opinion supervision and the network public opinion environment,and explores the specific method can be effectively solve the problem of Habitual Doubts in the network with public opinion guidance.
