Since the twenty-first Century,the cultivation of innovative talents and reform of science and technology have become the key strategy of the development of times,and the reform and development of education is a necessary way to realize the strategy.For our country,the modernization construction and sustainable development of education is short of fundamental motivation,which lies in the lagged and slow development of rural education.However,the key to the rural education development is the development of rural teachers,and rural teachers' development lies in their specification and team construction.Although the policy,financial investment and other means made by our country have given much attention and help to rural teachers from the outside,some difficulties and obstacles still exist in the internal development of rural teachers,which mainly manifest the ambiguity of role definition,unclear role play,single role and the conflict of rural education development and so on.Therefore,in order to provide endogenous motivation for the professional development and team building of rural teachers and solve the plight of rural teachers' professional development fundamentally,it is necessary to do more work on the study of the role and identity problem of rural teachers.In addition,in terms of breaking the cultural dilemma of rural society,developing the rural education and constructing the rural society,as the subject of rural society culture,rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China have left plenty valuable and rich practice resources teachers.And on this basis,in order to provide some historical experience and realistic reflection for rural teachers' getting rid of the role dilemma and speeding up the professional construction,this paper analyzes the role of rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China from the perspective of cultural identity.This paper consists of the following seven parts:Part I: The introduction.It mainly introduces the paper's research origin,literature review,purpose and significance,ideas and methods,and difficulties and innovations.Part II: The clarity of concept: rural teacher's role in the period of the Republic of China.This part mainly defines four academic words: the period of the Republic of China,rural teacher,teacher's role and cultural identity.Finally,this paper points out that cultural identity refers to a role or identity with a cultural symbol and representative shaped and constructed by social cognition and practice activities.It comes out from the communication and collision between traditional rural culture and city culture,western culture,revolutionary culture and other cultures of rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China,and contains certain cultural and social status of rural teachers.Part III: The background of the role: cultural environment of the rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China.This part details the cultural background of the rural teacher's role play from three aspects: the new culture alternating with the old in the diachronic view,the Chinese culture gaming with the Western in the synchronic view and the prosperity of the movement culture of rural construction.Part IV: The role of rural teachers: cultural identity in the period of the Republic of China.This part analyzes and classifies rural teachers' role in the period of the Republic of China in the fields of cultural structure of the school's curriculum and instruction and rural cultural structure.For the first field,the rural teachers' roles in the period of the Republic of China are divided into Sir,private teacher and intellectual.And for the latter,the roles are divided into torchbearer of rural culture,manager of rural affairs and builder of rural society,and then detailed respectively.Part V: The characteristics of the role: cultural identity of rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China.On the basis of the earlier,this part mainly analyzes the characteristics of the cultural identity of rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China,which can be generalized into the morality faith,belief identity,knowledgeconsciousness,local watching,conservative innovation and multiple accountability,and then details them one by one.Part VI: The role reflection: rethinking the cultural identity of rural teachers in the period of the Republic of China.On the basis of the earlier,this part reflects the role in the perspective of rural teachers' cultural identity,namely,rural teachers can cultivate their virtues to reconstruct the new spirit of orthodoxy of rural teacher's role,observe the new knowledge to promote the cultural consciousness,orientate the public to reconstruct the communication of rural teacher's role,get along well with the local people to speed up the localization of rural teacher's role,construct the local team to exert the function of rural construction of rural teacher's role,and spread knowledge and defend frontier to review the strategic value of rural teacher's role.Part VII: The conclusion.This part is mainly to make a summary of the above research,and point out that rural teachers should learn from the history to make role reflection and cultural identity consciousness,and provide continuous endogenous motivation for the development of rural education from the perspective of strengthening the specialization and team construction on their own...
