In the process of promoting the rural education modernization.Rural teachers are facing the opportunity of "Rural Revitalization Strategy".The key of the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" realization is cultivating rural construction talents.To achieve this goal,promoting the development of rural society,the professional roles of rural teachers' effective play is essential.But the current of rural teachers' professional role is unsatisfactory.The study is based on a systematic view of the relationship between rural teachers and local society.Beyond the perspective of general education,and based on the view of the great education.Trying to find the balance between the necessary and the real level of the rural teacher's professional role.To let the others and rural teachers discovery the value of rural teachers-group.This study begin with the rural teachers' professional roles in different periods of education in China.We went to the rural schools in Chongqing,Sichuan,Hunan,Guizhou to carry out questionnaires and interviews,and got the first-hand information about the status of rural teachers' professional role.We come to know,compared with the traditional rural teachers,the rural teachers professional role in current has changed.The specific performance is the narrowing of the field of rural teachers' professional role,the complex of rural teachers' professional role contents,the weakening of the support for rural teachers' professional role,and the rural teacher's cognition deviation of their own professional role.Study found that the transformation of rural teachers' professional role is the result of the common role of the state,the society and the rural teachers themselves.Rural teachers are constraint of the nation education concept and part of the administrative force,they also lack some strong support from society and family.Rural education is undertaken by rural teachers,the rural school just like an island in the countryside,The lack of rural teacher culture and social capital also leads to the cognitive bias of this group on its own professional role.To adapting the background of the current "Rural Revitalization Strategy",This study is based on the perspective of modern great education to put forward the necessary professional role of rural teachers.If rural teachers haven't the miscellaneous non teaching affairs,they shouldn't only focused on teaching,they also need to construction the relationship of rural school education,the development of local society and themselves.While training the rural young people,they also should be undertaken the responsibility of rural culture revitalization.Bring about the fit of individual values and society needs.Based on the above analysis,to alleviate the complex status of rural teachers' professional role,promoting the effective play of rural teacher's professional roles,and let the group of rural teachers truly realized themselves values in “Rural Revitalization”.The supports from nation and society are prerequisite.The nation should change the concept of education,reforming rural education;improving the treatment of rural teachers,putting the <Rural teacher support program(2015-2020 years)> into practice;and some administrative interference to the teaching energy of rural teachers should be reduced.As the social level,normal schools should innovate their rural teachers training mode,clear the demand of local society to rural teacher's ability.So the rural teachers have sufficient cultural capital to serve the local society.Rural community residents,social entrepreneurs and NGO organizations need also provide necessary support for rural teachers.In the individual level of rural teachers,changing the idea of personal education and teaching,clearing the rural teacher's professional roles context under the identity of “public”.More attention should be paid to the lifelong accumulation of personal culture capital and social capital.In this way,we can promote the effective play of rural teacher's professional roles,promoting the process of beautiful countryside construction.
