In this study,considering the integrity of the technology,the high jump run up and take off 2 consecutive stages of complete technology as the research content,analysis of the relevant indicators of each stage,try to inquiry the run-up and take-off Association stage,the impact on the final results,and by comparing with the domestic and foreign elite athletes,to find out the gap and from the insufficient,timely feedback to coaches,in order to make targeted training.The main methods of this research is the experimental method: the last 2 steps of selection of two Nissan CASIO-FH25 high speed camera on the national track and Field Championships and Grand Prix in Chongqing in mid June 2016 to participate in the finals of the two players Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu approach and take-off technique for synchronous shooting,and then jump to two people the best results the three-dimensional(2.24meters)analysis using APAS three-dimensional kinematic analysis system.The results of this study are: Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu the last two steps with an average speed of 7.42m/s and 6.68m/s,compared with the world’s top athletes wanting Zhang Guowei;the last step is 2.21 M long and slightly longer,Wang Yu is suitable for 2.01M;run down 2 step Zhang Guowei takeoff leg pedal more fully than Wang Yu;swinging leg support phase two people to improve the knee and curved ankle technique,and reduce the knee kicking Zhang Guowei sent Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu jump amplitude;ankle stretching is not sufficient,Zhang Guowei jump hip variation is 14.34 degrees,is not conducive to takeoff;Wang Yu arm speed is 10.57m/s less than 12.39m/s Zhang Guowei;Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu before the start of take-off angle 72.49 degrees and 72.63 degrees is too small,not easy to form the ideal vertical takeoff effect.The conclusions of this study are:(1)the body posture and speed loss of Fosbury Flop in the run-up to the rate of close relationship,Zhang Guowei 2 steps down to the knee of swing leg stretch amplitude is too large to bring the last step slightly,limit swing leg ankle stretch,technical factors not conducive to the overall coherence,athletes play ability speed limit.(2)the speed is the core element of modern back style high jump,Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu this time in the run-up to the 2 step average speed of 7.42m/s and 6.68m/s,There is a certain gap between the world’s top athletes and the approaching speed of 8m/s.(3)the change of the joint angle of the take-off leg and the swing technology will have a great influence on the final take-off effect.Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu take off leg ankle joint buffer amplitude is too large,Were 17.21 degrees and 18 degrees,and take-off leg stretch is not enough.Zhang Guowei in the process of taking off the hip joint change is too large for 14.34 degrees,will destroy the take-off force conditions.(4)Zhang Guowei and Wang Yu in the process of take-off swinging technique of swing leg folding is better,is conducive to improve the result of swing,but slow speed of swing arm Wang Yu,lack of arms active,fast swing consciousness,which will be on the vertical velocity obtained caused adverse effects.
