| The male’s high jump in the 14th National Games has emerged a lot of new strength, among which Li Jialun of Heilongjiang team has been steadily increasing in recent years, playing steadily at the level of athletic athletes, and has also won many championships in domestic competitions, but there is still a gap between Li Jialun’s technology and that of the world’s best high jumpers. In the technique of backward high jump, the inverted two-step assist plays a very crucial role in the articulation, and is also a key link in the articulation of running and jumping,a good inverted two-step assist technique can improve the utilization of the horizontal speed obtained by the assist as much as possible;the jump is the most important part of the whole backward high jump technique, which is to convert the forward momentum into the upward link, and the horizontal speed into the vertical speed so as to obtain the soaring height to complete movement. Also from the point of view of technical integrity and coherence,in this study, two SONY-A7M3 high-speed cameras were used to take 3D motion pictures of Li Jialun’s backward two-step run-up and jumping technique, and SIMI-MOTION video analysis system was used to analyze the analysis. The aim is to provide some data and theoretical references for the construction of the technical model of Li Jialun’s backward two-step run-up and jump as well as the technical improvement, and to facilitate the coaches to further analyze the problems in the athletes’ techniques and find out the corresponding solutions in relation to the theory in order to optimize the targeted training. The following main conclusions were obtained:1.In Li Jialun’s backward two-step assist, the early assist speed is similar to the level of the world’s best high jumper, but the amount of horizontal speed loss between his backward two-step horizontal speed and backward one step is larger than the world’s best level, which leads to the backward one step assist speed lower than the world’s best athletes.Li Jialun’s inverted second step is longer than the average value of the world’s best athletes, and the longer vacating time of the inverted second step is not conducive to the consistency of the assisted running, which is also the reason for the large amount of horizontal speed loss.2.The ratio of body center of mass height H1 to height at the moment of jumping off the ground of Li Jialun was lower than that of the world’s best athletes. The hip and knee joint angles of the supporting leg at the moment of landing of the jumping foot were not significantly different from the average values of the world’s best high jumpers and were within a reasonable range. The angles of the three joints of the lower limbs at the moment of jumping off the ground were still somewhat different from the ideal values, and the stirrups and extensions were not sufficient.3.The backward tilt angle of Li Jialun at the beginning of the jump is larger compared with the world’s best athletes.Inclination angle is better handled, both the inclination angle at the moment of landing and the moment of leaving the ground and the amount of change of inclination angle are not significantly different from the average value of the world’s best high jumpers.Li Jialun’s takeoff angle was slightly smaller than the world’s best.4.Li Jialun’s horizontal speed at the start of the jump was low,and the vertical speed at the start of the jump off the ground and the amount of vertical speed change during the jump were significantly lower than the average value of the world’s best high jumpers. |
