Basketball as a high penetration rate,wide coverage of the community fitness exercise program,active participation since introduced into China in the nineteenth Century attracted different people.In recent years with the development of occupation of the success of the Olympic Games and NBA basketball games and the promotion of domestic CBA League,basketball in the growing influence of China the greater participation of more and more people,school,enterprise basketball tournament also carried out like a raging fire.The young man is among the power of social development and sports development,plays a very important role in the population of our country,young people in the dominant position in basketball,the young man is the disseminator of knowledge and skills in basketball teaching,but in recent years as between China and foreign countries to carry out the school basketball tournament and youth tournament,China youth physical quality and some European and American countries,young men than in physical fitness of some means there is a certain gap between the standard.Therefore study on young men basketball training speed,explosive force,balance,agility-coordination,effect of reaction time and statistical analysis of the results,can get the basketball exercise and speed,explosive force,balance,agility-coordination,the relationship between reaction time,provide some aspects of physical fitness for basketball players On reference,encourage young men and other groups to actively participate in the basketball training activities so that they can be improved.It will lay the foundation for the later study the relationship between basketball exercise and sports fitness,provide some reference basis.Methods: In this paper,using the method of literature,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,speed quality test on postgraduate of Xi'an Physical Education University 58 students,power level test,test of balance,coordination sensitive test,response level test,the subjects were divided into experimental group and control group.And the the experimental group and the control group before and after various elements of physical fitness test results were compared.Results: After 18 weeks of basketball training,the experimental group of young men's speed,strength,balance,coordination and sensitivity,reaction time and other indicators have improved,after inspection(p<0.01),shows that the experimental group before training and after training compared to the difference was very significant.While the control group did not exercise fitness significant changes in each index(p< 0.05),indicating that the control group before training and after training compared no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.The training of sports fitness(p<0.01).The comparison shows that the experimental group after training and the control group after training compared to the difference was very significant? Conclusions: the results obtained: basketball training time can effectively improve the young man's physical fitness(speed,power,balance,coordination and sensitivity,reaction time),due to specific factors of each index is different,so the influence of each index of basketball exercise on physical fitness movement the size is not the same.
