In this study, kinematics and the technique of surface electromyography synchronization in sports biomechanics are used to measure the bending technique of Han Mei,an elite young speed skater and the national youth record holder, and analyze the structure of Han Mei's bending technique.Research conclusions are as follows:1.Through the analysis of athlete Han Mei's shift of the center of the curve,we can find out that her center of gravity is relatively steady with little rangeability and her average speed is above 11 m/s.Though she can better use the centrifugal force in bend stage,Han Mei should still improve her ability to control the speed of the center of gravity.Strengthening the effect of pedaling ice has positive significance to the promotion of the center of gravity.2.During the gliding of the cross ice,the upper arm swing of the athlete Han Mei is within the swinging range of the upper arm of the world's elite athletes and her trend of angle change is stationary. However, her angular velocity of elbow joint is faster than that of her shoulder joint. The work done by the corresponding muscles of the elbow is greater than that of the corresponding muscles of the shoulder. The order of force is: elbow—shoulder.3.Compared with the world's elite women athletes, athlete Han Mei's extension angle of lower limb knee and ankle joint is slightly too large, which leads to the loss of leg capacity and insufficient strength of the supporting leg.The lower limb posture can not be reduced and the center of gravity can not be given enough acceleration,so that the fluctuation of the center of gravity and the swing leg is out of sync and the pedal effect is weakened.During the normal training period, attention should be paid to the angular swing of the knee and ankle joint of the lower limbs and the knee and ankle joint angles of the lower limbs should be controlled so as to reduce energy consumption and keep the rhythm of the movements better.4.The angular velocity of the left and right lower limb ankle fluctuates more widely in the process of sliding into the curve with longer duration. In the stage of right leg tapping ice cross road and left leg pushing and stretching ice and the stage of left legpushing ice straight at the back and sliding till left leg off the ground, the order of force of left lower limb joint is hip—knee— ankle, knee— hip— ankle, and the order of force of right lower limb joint was knee —ankle— hip, ankle —hip —knee.5.In the process of sliding into the curve, the top six contribution rate of muscle work power is: anterior muscle of right tibia, anterior muscle of left tibia, right rectus femoris, right lateral femoral head of four muscles, medial head of left gastrocnemius muscle and left rectus femoris. The values are: 105,91,91,78,70,68.Some feasible suggestions are put forward for the athlete Han Mei's bending technique based on the test data. This dissertation provides the reference and standard of the technical diagnosis and evaluation for the future young speed skaters' bending technique and offers guiding opinions for teaching and training of speed skating for teenagers.
