Kinematic Analysis Of The Technique Of Entering The Curve Of Chinese Young Speed Skaters

The purpose of this study is to analyze the main reasons that affect the performance differences of speed skating between different genders by comparing the differences of the entering and bending techniques of young male and female speed skaters,so that female skaters can learn from the technical movements of male skaters and further improve their performance.Through the analysis of the correlation between the technical parameters of the movement and the speed of the curve and the speed of entering the curve,the key technical indexes affecting the speed of the curve and the speed of entering the curve are explored.Research methods: the subjects were 11 young speed skaters(6 men and 5 women)of the national team.In the 400 m standard speed skating field,the three-dimensional fixed-point camera method was used,and two fdr-ax700 Sony cameras were used to take three-dimensional pictures of the technical movements of speed skaters entering the bend,with the shooting frequency of 60 Hz.Four vertical calibration rods are used to calibrate the moving bending area.The continuous process from the left leg landing in the curve to the left leg landing again was studied by using the sharp movement(alpha)analysis system and the quantum SIS software.The collected indexes include: step time,step gliding distance,center of gravity height,center of gravity speed,hip knee ankle angle,body tilt angle and ice pedal angle.Independent sample t-test was used to analyze the kinematic differences between male and female athletes in the process of entering the bend.By using the method of person correlation analysis,this paper analyzes the possible correlation between the kinematic index of entering bend and the speed of entering bend.Results: in a cycle of speed skaters entering the curve,the speed of entering the curve in the right leg double support stage was faster for men than for women(P = 0.011),the speed of entering the curve in the left leg single support stage was faster for men than for women(P = 0.013),the time of entering the curve in the left leg double support stage was shorter for men than for women(P = 0.009),the sliding distance was longer for men than for women(P = 0.026),and the speed of entering the curve was faster for men than for women(P = 0.017)When the left leg lands on the ground,the speed of men is higher than that of women(P = 0.033),the speed of men is lower than that of women(P = 0.011),the speed of men is higher than that of women(P =0.004,P = 0.026),the speed of men is higher than that of men(P = 0.005,P = 0.014),and the speed of men is lower than that of women(P = 0.017)(P = 0.012);when the right foot touches the ground,the speed of men is greater than that of women(P =0.030);when the left foot touches the ground,the speed of men is smaller than that of women(P = 0.043,P = 0.041,P = 0.043,P = 0.042);when the left foot touches the ground again,the speed of men is faster than that of women(P = 0.012),right hip angle,right ankle angle is smaller than that of women(P = 0.010,P = 0.006);when the left foot touches the ground again,the speed of men is faster than that of women(P = 0.010,P = 0.006)Degree and body tilt angle of male were larger than female(P= 0.007,P = 0.019),left hip angle,right hip angle and left ankle angle of male were smaller than female(P = 0.045,P = 0.019,P = 0.011).There was a significant positive correlation between the speed of entering the curve,the period of entering the curve and the angle of left pedal(P = 0.001,r = 0.933,P = 0.001,r = 0.825,P = 0.001,r =828),and a significant negative correlation between the period of entering the curve and the angle of left pedal(P = 0.007,r =-0.734,P = 0.005,r =-0.747).The results are as follows:(1)compared with male athletes,female athletes show long cycle time,short cycle sliding distance,small bending speed,large body angle,ice angle and hip knee ankle angle.(2)Entering the curve at a smaller joint angle can obtain a higher curve speed,but too low angle is easy to lead to the decline of body stability,which requires balance angle and self ability.(3)The greater the speed of entering the curve,the greater the speed of the curve;the longer the period of entering the curve,the greater the speed of the curve;the greater the angle of left pedaling into the curve,the greater the speed of the curve.The shorter the turn in period,the greater the turn in speed;the smaller the left pedal angle,the greater the turn in speed.
