The Present Situtation And The Study On Physical Education Strategy Of Senior High School Students' Health Quotient

These years,there are lots of discussion words about people's growing up in China.One of the hot words is health quotient,which is gradually accepted by us from first talked till now.The idea of health quotient includes physiology,psychology,mind,belief,social environment and the good situation of life quality,and it's one's attitude to health and ability to self-control of health.The research is to learn about the present situtaion of senior high school students' health quotient in the three cities in Chaoshan area by investigating,to make sure the health quotient investigation and the construction of health quotient index system framework,and study about the elements that influence the development of senior high school students' health quotient from macroscopic,intermediate persoective and microcosmic views.The macroscopic view tells about the influences of the country and the society.The intermediate persoective view tells about the influences of schools and families.The microcosmic view tells about students' internal and external causes.It is not the final purpose to investigate the present situation of health quotient in this research,but to solve the occurring problems in the investigation,to promote the PE teaching reform and the development of PE teaching at school in China.PE teaching in senior high school is an unneglected period for improving the level of health quotient,and it's also the key part of forming a liflong sports view and develop lifelong exercise habits.So,it seems quite important to improve the level of senior high school students' health quotient in PE teaching reform.This part is about the three reform paths from macroscopic,intermediate persoective and microcosmic views.
