Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Basketball Teaching And Training In Vocational Colleges In Guangdong

Basketball is wide penetration of projects in China which is an important part of the implementation of quality education to promote school sports spirit,an important measure to promote the national fitness,but also the development of socialist sports is an important part of which was well received by students.In this paper,by using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,the research on the status quo of the teaching and training of basketball in Guangdong province vocational colleges,to provide reference and suggestions for the purpose of the reform and development of basketball in Guangdong province vocational colleges teaching and training.The conclusions are as follows:1 Guangdong vocational colleges basketball training1.1 Basketball training system design is not reasonable.Professional college students' basketball training is mainly based on practical training,and ignores the theoretical study.Due to lack of theoretical study,there is no interactive form of basketball teaching and training.1.2 Basketball teaching and training teachers need to be strengthened,professional basketball coaches shortage of teachers,professional quality needs to be improved.The overall professional titles of coaches are not high standard,and the professional background is not strong.At the same time,vocational colleges do not attach importance to the establishment of coaches training system,after work to participate in the training of basketball teaching or training frequency is not high.1.3 Vocational colleges generally pay more attention to the basketball team,the overall situation of the investment is good,but the construction of the college team funding allocation is not uniform.Most of the school coaches train the basketball team has not yet been a good incentive measures,most coaches will not be included in the training sessions.2 Guangdong Vocational College Basketball Teaching2.1 The lack of basketball facilities,students are satisfied with the school teaching facilities and safety,but the indoor basketball court and basketball equipment is relatively short.2.2 The design of basketball curriculum for students is not scientific,and the theoretical basis of students is not enough.Vocational colleges generally pay more attention to the development of basketball,but funding has yet to be more adequate.2.3 The popularization and promotion of basketball in vocational colleges is not enough,and there are still some deficiencies in the popularization of basketball in the vocational colleges,which need to be improved in the aspects of system and implementation.
