The Study Of Leisure Sports Lifestyle Of High School Teachers In Hanzhong City,shaanxi Province

As the process of Reform and Opening-up goes deeper,and the improvement of Development of West of China,the city of Hanzhong has developed rapidly in the areas of society,economy,culture,and education.Comprehensively developing high-quality education has been regarded as major task of present reforming and developing in education,under the background of this,to build a professional team of teachers would ensure Hanzhong's further development in education.It has been pointed out by the National Fitness Program Outline,that it is important to satisfy the requirement of sports and fitness for the intellectuals.Meanwhile,it also brings maintaining healthy condition of teachers to schedule,and has attracted huge attentions from society.The health condition of teachers in Hanzhong,and whether it is maintained in a scientific way have been a problem that couldn't be ignored.In this study,the leisure sports lifestyle of high school teachers in Hanzhong was investigated,the methods of bibliography and questionnaire were used.By investigating and studying sports activities of Hanzhong high school teachers,their mental health,involvement of leisure sports activities,and the factors that influence them are analyzed,and advices were given accordingly.Furthermore,this study is meaningful to the inheriting,carrying forward and innovating the historical culture of Hanzhong,constructing a scientific and healthy leisure sports lifestyle for high school teachers in Hanzhong,improving mental and physical health conditions,building high quality professional team of teachers,promoting Hanzhong's social,economic,cultural and educational development.The natural scenery of rivers and mountains,along with long-lasting culture of ancient Han and Shu dynasties has made Hanzhong what it is.In this new beginning of an era,Hanzhong is now at change,high school teachers started to pursuing higher standards of life quality,leisure sports lifestyle has changed,their physical conditions are strengthened,and their quality of living has significantly improved.This study results in the basic fact of leisure sports lifestyle of Hanzhong's high school teachers,and concluded as follows.The sense of worth on leisure sports lifestyle for high school teachers in Hanzhong has dramatically changed.It has changed from a basin closed health awareness to a multiple open health awareness,which illustrates that the sense of worth on leisure sports lifestyle for high school teachers has changed from singlebiological view of health to a 3D view of health,from one-sided view of health to a scientific view of health,from negative to positive,from agricultural social fitness leisure consciousness to modern social fitness leisure consciousness.However,the transition is not completed yet.The feature of leisure sports activities of high school teachers in Hanzhong shows strong characteristics of Han and Shu dynasty culture,which is an important part of Chinese culture as well as a precious fortune of culture.It also shows that the leisure sports activities in Hanzhong not only improved people's health condition,but also enriched those activities with culture and history content.As the process of Reform and Opening-up goes deeper,and the improvement of Development of West of China,international ski field,large-scale water park,water drifting projects and so on were introduced in Hanzhong,which largely enriched people's leisure sports life,helped to improve high school teachers' health conditions and mental happiness.The participation of leisure sports activities for high school teachers was influenced by several factors,including: cognitive motivation factor,site and facilities factor,interest factor,efficacy factor,leisure atmosphere factor,time factor,organization form factor,and financial factor.The research shows that the change of the view towards leisure sports for high school teachers in Hanzhong was slower than the development of society,sub-health condition was common,leisure sports equipment was not enough for the objective need.In this paper,advices were given accordingly.
