In this article,the way of questionnaire survey,literature,logical analysis,statistical data,comparative analysis and others were used for the primary and middle school table tennis teachers who graduated from 2005 to 2010 in Guangzhou Sport University.We know the situation of the social fitness of the PE teachers and the social adaptability of the special graduates of the table tennis specialties by the investigation of primary and secondary schools.At the same time,according to the status quo of the professional social adaptability of the graduates who major in table tennis and the demand for the professional social fitness of the primary and secondary schools,we carry out a subject about our college's table tennis special talents training problems on the physical education professional and make good suggestions for these phenomena.The results of the survey are as follows:(1)The social fitness of the table tennis teachers in Guangdong Province would not limited to teaching and training.Some ability such as the organizational skills during the competition,tracurricular activities,the actual combat capability,the fitness guidance knowledge,and the scientific research should be paid more attention.(2)Our college table tennis professional graduates after employment would make their own adjustments to meet the social needs,The improvement is basically conformed with the the requirements of teachers and social fitness is higher.However,there are still some shortcomings in the social adaptability,mainly in the organization of the organization ability,actual combat capability,scientific research ability,extracurricular activities fitness guidance and table tennis theoretical basis level.(3)the specific course in Implementation process is not aim at the physical education professional training objectives;(4)table tennis special course teaching and requirements ofprimary and secondary school is not on the same track;(5)The teaching content of the table tennis course is not enough to emphasize students' actual combat ability,fitness guidance ability and scientific research ability,and lack of "fitness" and "entertainment" theory.Teaching methods and means are not flexible enough,and Lack of support for modern technology;(6)evaluation system areshort of teaching,training,scientific research,organizing competition and other comprehensive ability of the assessment;(7)table tennis facilities maintenance and management is not perfect,open in a short time.The suggestions are as follows:(1)Universities should maintain the closecooperation with the primary and secondary schools,and pay high attention to the trends of social needs;(2)the training of primary and secondary school PE teachers are the main goal.Showing the characteristics of physical education and adjusting the teaching content are also very important.(3)In addition,they need to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research,organization and competition ability and attach importance to the "fitness" and "entertainment" theory of knowledge transfer.(4)At the same time,they need to pay high attention tothe evaluation system of practicality and value to achieve the diversification andmodernization of teaching methods and means.(5)At last,strengthening the maintenance and management of table tennis facilities and extending the opening time of the arena would be beneficial to make the largest use of venues resources.
