Research On User Satisfaction For Online Dating Platform

"A man should get married on coming of age and so should a girl" is almost everyone's life experiences.Entering the 21 st century,with the development of Internet technology and the transformation of people thoughts,online dating is becoming the mainstream choice of the single people.However,according to the survey,user satisfaction of Foshan Rose Online Dating Platform is not optimistic.In view of this,this paper,under the background of "media society",the current situation of construction of online dating platform,and on the basis of reference satisfaction evaluation studies at home and abroad,come up with the user satisfaction evaluation model of Rose Online Dating Platform.This model mainly includes five variables :user expectations,network platform service quality,offline matching service quality,perceived value,and satisfaction,this article makes an assume through the relationship between each variables that affects the the degree of satisfaction,and research on the Rose Online Dating Platform as an object.The full text using two kinds of research methods: quantitative research and qualitative research.The Study have shown that offline matching service quality has a positive effect on satisfaction;Perceived value has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.After the control of multiple variable factors,the study found that women's satisfaction is less than men.Based on find out problems,analyze the causes,the passage put forward to improve the users' satisfaction comprehensively.Which means to adjust the structure of the member,perfect platform construction,detailed supporting services,as well as strengthen the cross-platform and cross-industry integration development.
