Research On The Present Situation And Improving Countermeasure Of College Students' Physical Health Test In Private Higher Vocational Colleges In Shanxi Province

This paper mainly adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire,to study the problems in the process of college students' physical fitness test in Shanxi private higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The research conclusions of private higher vocational colleges in Shanxi province are as follows:(1)There are some problems that students' awareness of participating in the physical fitness test is not high,the attitude is not correct,and the physical fitness test work does not have the restriction and influence to the higher vocational college students' physical exercise behavior.(2)The leadership of physical fitness test management is not high,although every school has propaganda work,but the propaganda way is too traditional,and the content of the attention in the work is relatively outdated,face engineering and formalism.5 private higher vocational colleges did not benefit from the convenience brought by the " internet plus" we chat mobile network platform;The physical test supervision center is basically established,but the formation of the leadership team and the physical test team members is unreasonable during the testing process,especially the shortage of medical personnel.(3)The test time arrangement of 5 private higher vocational colleges is unscientific,and the main occupation of the PE classroom is centralized test;At the same time,the test training strength is small,the assessment is inadequate;During the test,the operation of the instrument and the use of the site are of poor standardization.(4)The data uploading personnel is not familiar with the system software,and there is no special data upload training.During the uploaded data process,under the evaluation of the superior department and evaluation pressure,to beautify the data.(5)No physical testing feedback mechanism is established,and the test results can not be effectively reflected to the school authorities,sports teachers,counselors and student individuals.At the same time,there is no intervention mechanism to improve the health status of students.(6)The teachers take measures to stop the students' cheating in the physical examination,but the attitude is not strict enough and the punishment is small.At the same time,some teachers are not aware of safety awareness and classroom management is loose,so that the physical test security risks.(7)The attitude of students to physical education class is not correct,change direction affects the authenticity of the test data,and has a negative impact on the smooth development of the test work.
