Regional activity is an independent game of preschool-age children.The speech of the preschool teachers in the kindergarten regional activity is the most direct way of guidance.Teachers' verbal instruction is not only an important factor in promoting children' s activity and exploration in the regional activity also has a subtle influence on the development of preschool-age children in all aspects.Therefore,this study uses observation and interview method to explore and analyze preschool teachers' verbal instruction in the kindergarten regional activity thoroughly,taking the kindergartens of departments directly under the Hebei Province for example.First of all,from the type,the nature and the content of teachers' verbal instruction and through in-depth observation of kindergarten's regional activity,this study explored the teachers' verbal instruction,and summarized the overall situation of teachers' verbal instruction in the kindergarten regional activity,and took teachers' verbal instruction in different age classes for comparison,and found that the teachers' verbal instruction of different age classes exist otherness in the aspect of teachers' verbal instruction's type,nature,and content in the kindergarten regional activity.Second,this study summarized the characteristic of teachers' verbal instruction in the kindergarten regional activity,including the strong openness,the majority of neutral instruction,the majority of knowledge and skill,and more attention to learning quality.Then,this study analyzed the problems that exist in the teachers' verbal instruction,including controllability,indistinctness,randomness and negativity.Next,this study analyzed and explored the factors which affect teachers' verbal instruction,including the aspect of children,the specialty literacy of teacher,kindergarten,patriarch and society.Finally,this study provided some effective suggestions of teachers' verbal instruction in the kindergarten regional activity.For example,teachers should promote their professional development,strengthen their self-examination,give children free space,turn closeness to openness,transform generality to concreteness,and kindergarten,patriarch and society should provide relevant support.
