| Children's painting education is an important part of kindergarten art education,which plays an irreplaceable role in children's physical and mental development.Teachers 'verbal instruction in children's painting education activities is an important part of teachers' teaching behavior,and it is also the most important factor affecting children's painting behavior.However,teachers' verbal instruction has not been the focus of kindergarten education research.Therefore,in this study,observation and interview methods were used,and two provincial demonstration parks in Baoding were used as examples to explore the teacher's verbal instruction in painting education activities in secondary class.First of all,this study used event sampling observation and non-participation observation to study the verbal instruction of 10 secondary class teachers in painting education activities.A total of 30 painting education activities were collected and 716 verbal instruction events were sorted out.This study analyzed the frequency,object,content,method,timing and results of teacher's verbal instruction,and obtained the overall situation of teacher's verbal instruction in painting education activities in secondary class.By examining the differences of teachers' verbal instruction,it was found that there were significant differences between teachers with and without art foundation in the object,content,method,timing and results of verbal instruction.There were significant differences in the frequency,object,content and method of verbal instruction between teachers with less than five years and teachers with more than six years of teaching experience.Then,this study analyzed the problems in the teacher's verbal instruction,including the frequency of the teacher's verbal instruction was too much,the lack of diversified verbal instruction objects,the teachers paid too much attention to the verbal instruction of children's painting skills,the teacher's controlled verbal was too much,the teacher's verbal instruction emphasized too much their own subjective consciousness and the teacher's verbal instruction was not standardized.Secondly,this study also analyzed the influencing factors from kindergarten teachers,kindergarten managers,parents and so on.Finally,this study put forward feasible suggestions from the perspectives of kindergarten teachers,kindergarten managers and parents respectively.For example,to create a relaxed and free painting environment,to improve teachers' artistic accomplishment,to improve teachers' spoken language level,to improve teachers' reflection quality,to establish correct educational concepts,to promote the full support of kindergarten managers and the active cooperation of parents,etc. |
