Research purposes: with the increasing competition in modern education,and the influence of modern science and technology,caused by pupil overweight burden of study,play mobile phone,tablet phenomenon for a long time,a fixed posture in the absence of effective exercise intervention,the formation of bone,muscle physiological change,on the cross syndrome in the elementary school stage gradually show is a kind of common health problems,the serious influence the students learning and life,restricting the development of primary school students physical and mental health.The problems of research on elementary school students syndrome correction,in order to explore different sports intervention plan for cross syndrome on the elementary school higher grades students the role and impact of aims to seek a best way to reasonable and effective exercise intervention,improve the level of primary school students physical and mental health.The object of study: to cross syndrome on the elementary school higher grades students as the research object.Methods: through the literature material,expert interview,experiment and research methods of questionnaire survey.Research conclusions:(1)before the experiment on cross cervical syndrome students leaning Angle,dorsiflexion Angle,deviation Angle and shoulder shoulder blade outreach distance compared with the normal students significantly larger.(2)stretching exercises for the shoulder outreach distance to improve the effect not beautiful,strength training for students of dorsiflexion Angle correction effect is good.Joint exercises to improve the effect of cross syndrome for the best.(3)on the strength training in the elementary school higher grades students cross syndrome corrective effect is better than that of stretching exercise intervention.Combined practice of cervical leaning Angle,dorsiflexion Angle,deviation Angle and shoulder shoulder blade outreach distance,particularly in termsof reducing dorsiflexion Angle effect is better.(4)after 16 of exercise intervention,simple stretching exercises and cross syndrome on simple strength training in the elementary school higher grades students improve effect although there are significant differences,but still not meet the health standards requirements,while the combination of two kinds of exercise group of students to meet the standard requirements.(5)simple stretching exercises and strength training cross syndrome on the elementary school higher grades students' subjective effect comparison shows that there is no significant difference;Three intervention plan for cross syndrome on the elementary school higher grades students subjective feeling is improved.
