Nowadays, the state attaches great importance to the role of national fitness in people's physique and health, and issues policies to support national fitness. With the high development of life rhythm and level, people's life, study and work pressure increase. As a result of long-term electronic work, improper posture and sitting posture and excessive exercise of the chest muscle neglect muscle group balanced training, resulting in increased incidence of upper cross syndrome. This paper uses literature method, field investigation method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and questionnaire method to analyze and discuss the pathogenesis and rehabilitation treatment of upper cross syndrome.105 patients aged 20-50 years were screened for 1 month intervention, including 22 swimming nonnegative recombination,22 swimming negative recombination,23 yoga nonnegative recombination,23 yoga nonnegative recombination,8 suspension group and 7 acupuncture treatment group.Investigated by questionnaire for the Lung capacity(VC),vital capacity(FVC),maximum ventilation(MVV),cervical spine activity(AROM),as well as pain scores(NRS),sleep disturbance index(PSQI),and dysfunction index(NDI).The results were expressed as mean, standard deviation(X±SD),using multivariate ANOVA and t test, the numerical changes between groups and groups were compared and analyzed.Result:1.Before and after treatment, the range of cervical flexion, extension and left and right rotation increased significantly(p<0.05),the improvement of negative recombination and left and right lateral flexion in swimming was higher than that in non-negative recombination, the improvement of negative recombination and left flexion in yoga was higher than that in non-negative recombination, the improvement of anterior flexion in suspension group was higher than that in acupuncture treatment group(p<0.05),the improvement of non-negative recombination left flexion in swimming was higher than that in yoga negative recombination, and the improvement of posterior extension was lower than that in yoga weight-bearing group(p<0.05).2.Before and after treatment, cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)showed a significant decrease in the index(p<0.05),the improvement of swimming negative recombination was higher than that of yoga weight-bearing and non-negative recombination(p<0.05).theimprovement effect of suspension group was higher than that of yoga non-negative recombination(p<0.05).3.Before and after treatment, pain degree(NRS)showed a significant decrease in pain degree(p<0.05),the improvement effect of swimming pain degree was higher than yoga, and there was a continuation effect after treatment(p<0.05).4.Before and after lung function treatment, the maximum air permeability(MVV)was significantly increased, and there was no significant difference in other indexes(p>0.05).the improvement degree of yoga negative recombination MVV was higher than that of non negative recombination(p<0.05).the improvement effect of acupuncture treatment group was greater than that of yoga non negative recombination(p<0.05).5.Before and after sleep quality treatment, the sleep index(PSQI)decreased significantly(p<0.05),the improvement degree of swimming negative recombination PSQI was greater than that of non-negative recombination(p<0.05),the improvement degree of swimming improvement was higher than that of yoga group and swimming non-negative recombination group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Swimming non-negative training, swimming negative recombination training, yoga non-negative training, yoga non-negative training, suspension group treatment and acupuncture treatment can improve the patient's cervical spine activity, pain degree, respiratory system, nervous system, can alleviate the upper cross syndrome, after treatment has a certain continuity.
