Since ancient times,China has always advocated patriotism education,patriotism education of China has always been,is not only the essential part of the national spirit of the Chinese nation,and is flourishing guarantee,the Chinese nation in the spirit of patriotism under the leadership,has maintained courage,struggle vitality.Since twenty-first Century,the world situation changes,the global students in the new era.This forum not only provides direction for the education of patriotism in our country,but also makes our patriotic education a new development.The nineteen great victories were held,and general secretary Xi Jinping declared our country to enter the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and at the same time,it has also entered the decisive stage of a comprehensive well-off society.At this critical juncture of the times,the Chinese nation needs to unite all forces that can be united,unite the common forces of the whole nation,and strive for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,under the guidance of Marx thought,our scientific understanding of patriotism has been constantly of the problem,that themain reason is opening up and the socialist market economy and the rapid development of new media’s negative impact,in addition,ideological and political education course in Colleges and universities lack of attention and investment of patriotism education should,most schools set up to professional course learning the main means of patriotic education classes,teaching methods,and the old,let students lack enthusiasm and interest of patriotism education,such as lack of personal patriotism education practice to exert the subjective initiative.According to the problems described above,this paper targeted from the point of view,from the social environment of education,improve the ideological and political education curriculum,and strengthen students’ personal patriotism education practice three aspects,gives some suggestions and measures in detail,providing some reference for improving the level of education of college students in New era patriotism.
